I (foolishly) locked my son and myself out of our house this afternoon and my son wasn't at all pleased with me! Fortunately a mobile phone was to hand so we were able to track down a local locksmith, Chris, who lives a few roads away. Wow, what a great service, Chris was in our driveway within 10 minutes and within 20 minutes we were back in our house, Chris had driven away having first presented me with a very reasonable bill. I shall ensure Chris' details are to hand for obvious reasons, highly recommended. Thank you so much, Chris, you got me out of a lot of trouble!

I contacted Chris from Ozlocks and he responded quickly. He was interested to hear what I needed, and was reassuring. We agreed a time, he communicated throughout. He came, and did an excellent job at fixing the broken lock, he was happy to explain what the problem was, and what was needed to be done, and at a reasonable price. Excellent.

We used ozlocks to add additional lock to a front door and repair the existing lock. Chris was readily available to help and gave us great information on our options. The work was carried out the same day. He was very efficient, and worked to a high standard. We found ourselves locked out last night (a Sunday), as we'd left our spare keys in the lock on the inside of our front door, so couldn't open it from the outside. We called Ozlocks and he arrived within fifteen minutes - that was brilliant to start with. He then took no more than ten minutes to sort out the issue. We were delighted with the service and it was great value for money, too. On a Sunday evening, we were dreading the worst, but it turned out to be the best five star service, which we would recommend to anybody and everybody in the area. Very happy first time customers!

Front and back doors at my house replaced. Extra keys cut. Very clean work. Put down dust sheets. Very efficient. Adjusted hinges on both doors without been asked to do so. Doors shutting better and stopped draught. Would use again and would recommend.

When I first moved into my new home Chris from ozlocks came to change the locks for me. Upon my request, he checked the house for me and assessed that the front door was absolutely safe and the back door needed some work. I felt really reassured by the work Chris did and didn't feel that he was pressuring me to have any work done that I didn't need. A few weeks later I called Chris back as I?d locked myself out, on a Sunday!! Chris came back really quickly and let me in, he even fitted a key safe box for me to make sure that I wouldn?t lock myself out again! Chris was friendly, reassuring, professional and carried out all work to a really high quality tidying everything up after himself!
