Ozlocks Locksmith Hemel Hempstead

After reading lots of good reviews on a local Facebook page, I found Ozlock’s website and sent a text message to Chris’ mobile, outlining our problem, and asked if he could come and take a look. His response was almost immediate and he arranged a time to come within the hour. My mum’s UPVC door was not locking so we were really relieved and happy to see him! Chris could not have been more friendly, or more helpful. He did everything he could to resolve the problem without it being too pricey - in fact, my mum was shocked and said she had been expecting a bigger bill! He cleaned up his mess and even have the door a little clean! Mum is now safe and secure and full of praise for Chris of Ozlock’s and would whole heartedly recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Chris! :)

Fast response, showed up, fixed my front door handle problem and my back office door all in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and extremly polite. Job well done with down to earth prices.

Fantastic service from Chris at Ozlocks today. I'd managed to lose our only garage door key. Chris was polite, quick and did a great job. He even adjusted the door handle for us as it was coming lose and could have caused us further problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use again if we ever have any other problems.

We had problems locking a door where the lock was fine but the door was misaligned. Not urgent, just inconvenient but response was next day and job carried out quickly. Particularly liked the fact that we were shown what had gone wrong and given a clear explanation of the remedy.

I (foolishly) locked my son and myself out of our house this afternoon and my son wasn't at all pleased with me! Fortunately a mobile phone was to hand so we were able to track down a local locksmith, Chris, who lives a few roads away. Wow, what a great service, Chris was in our driveway within 10 minutes and within 20 minutes we were back in our house, Chris had driven away having first presented me with a very reasonable bill. I contacted Chris from Ozlocks and he responded quickly. He was interested to hear what I needed, and was reassuring. We agreed a time, he communicated throughout. He came, and did an excellent job at fixing the broken lock, he was happy to explain what the problem was, and what was needed to be done, and at a reasonable price. Excellent.
