Called Ozlocks at approximately 9:30 answered and said he would be able to visit after lunch. As promised turned up around 1:15 - stayed for roughly an hour replacing a lock in the patio door and adjusted and aligned the front door. Fab job and no hassle, continued work from home whilst he was doing the job. Highly recommended.

Chris came out straight away and fixed our front door lock, and checked everything was working before he left. Was very good at explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done.

After reading lots of good reviews on a local Facebook page, I found Ozlock’s website and sent a text message to Chris’ mobile, outlining our problem, and asked if he could come and take a look. His response was almost immediate and he arranged a time to come within the hour. My mum’s UPVC door was not locking so we were really relieved and happy to see him! Chris could not have been more friendly, or more helpful. He did everything he could to resolve the problem without it being too pricey - in fact, my mum was shocked and said she had been expecting a bigger bill! Fantastic service from Chris at Ozlocks today. I'd managed to lose our only garage door key. Chris was polite, quick and did a great job. He even adjusted the door handle for us as it was coming lose and could have caused us further problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use again if we ever have any other problems.
