Called Ozlocks regarding broken handle on UPVC bathroom window. Chris came and replaced the handle the following morning. Very pleasant gentleman and I would definitely recommend

I've locked myself out more than once and he's always as quick as he can be to help! The back door wouldn't lock last night and he came this morning and it was all sorted. Would definitely recommend Ozlocks.

Called Ozlocks at approximately 9:30 answered and said he would be able to visit after lunch. As promised turned up around 1:15 - stayed for roughly an hour replacing a lock in the patio door and adjusted and aligned the front door. Fab job and no hassle, continued work from home whilst he was doing the job. Highly recommended.

Chris responded swiftly to my call even though it was 10pm in the evening, he was friendly and resolved the issue efficiently. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Chris solved not only a broken locking system but went above and beyond and levelled the door solving an old problem that I didn’t expect. Superb job in quality and timing. Great in communication and very friendly! Totally recommend!

Chris came out straight away and fixed our front door lock, and checked everything was working before he left. Was very good at explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done.

After reading lots of good reviews on a local Facebook page, I found Ozlock’s website and sent a text message to Chris’ mobile, outlining our problem, and asked if he could come and take a look. His response was almost immediate and he arranged a time to come within the hour. My mum’s UPVC door was not locking so we were really relieved and happy to see him! Chris could not have been more friendly, or more helpful. He did everything he could to resolve the problem without it being too pricey - in fact, my mum was shocked and said she had been expecting a bigger bill! He cleaned up his mess and even have the door a little clean! Mum is now safe and secure and full of praise for Chris of Ozlock’s and would whole heartedly recommend him in a heartbeat! Fantastic service from Chris at Ozlocks today. I'd managed to lose our only garage door key. Chris was polite, quick and did a great job. He even adjusted the door handle for us as it was coming lose and could have caused us further problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use again if we ever have any other problems.

We had problems locking a door where the lock was fine but the door was misaligned. Not urgent, just inconvenient but response was next day and job carried out quickly. Particularly liked the fact that we were shown what had gone wrong and given a clear explanation of the remedy.

I (foolishly) locked my son and myself out of our house this afternoon and my son wasn't at all pleased with me! Fortunately a mobile phone was to hand so we were able to track down a local locksmith, Chris, who lives a few roads away. Wow, what a great service, Chris was in our driveway within 10 minutes and within 20 minutes we were back in our house, Chris had driven away having first presented me with a very reasonable bill. I contacted Chris from Ozlocks and he responded quickly. He was interested to hear what I needed, and was reassuring. We agreed a time, he communicated throughout. He came, and did an excellent job at fixing the broken lock, he was happy to explain what the problem was, and what was needed to be done, and at a reasonable price. Excellent.

We used ozlocks to add additional lock to a front door and repair the existing lock. Chris was readily available to help and gave us great information on our options. The work was carried out the same day. He was very efficient, and worked to a high standard. We found ourselves locked out last night (a Sunday), as we'd left our spare keys in the lock on the inside of our front door, so couldn't open it from the outside. We called Ozlocks and he arrived within fifteen minutes - that was brilliant to start with. He then took no more than ten minutes to sort out the issue. We were delighted with the service and it was great value for money, too. On a Sunday evening, we were dreading the worst, but it turned out to be the best five star service, which we would recommend to anybody and everybody in the area. Very happy first time customers!
