Paul has done big and small jobs from fixing a leaking radiator to fitting a new boiler. He doesn't waste your time and gets the job done quickly especially when it is a potential plumbing emergency. Paul was easy to contact and deal with. He arrived promptly and his skills and attention to detail were immediately evident. Paul was excellent at communicating what was being done and very clear on pricing, As a part needed replacing a further day’s attendance was needed but Paul stayed in contact throughout provided some useful guidance and went above and beyond when inspecting other parts of the central heating and hot water system. A very helpful and competent tradesman.

Paul called round to inspect & give an estimate to replace the broken basin taps. He stayed to complete the repair. He was punctual,knowledgable and very thorough. I have no hesitation in reccommending him.

Paul succeeded where previous plumbers had failed - fixing our leaking shower tray - establishing the cause and probably producing the solution. Paul completed a plumbing repair and then installed a new boiler and flushed existing radiators. He was prompt to reply and met the timings and price quotations. All the work was professional and clean. He also did a couple of extra bits that he noticed in my house, for no extra charge while he was draining the radiators. He listened to my priorities and set the boiler to it's most energy-efficient setting and also helped me to save money and resources by cleaning the radiators, rather than replacing them (which I had previously thought I would need to do). Aside from the work itself, he was really careful to minimise disruption to the pets and very easy to have around the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to others, as he is incredibly experienced, trustworthy and kind.

Paul Dove gets on with the job and works quickly and thoroughly. He arrived 5 minutes early. He knows what he is doing, he puts down plenty of dustsheets, no drips of water appeared where they shouldn't have done. All the time he is pleasant and cheerful and a pleasure to have in the house. He kept to his budget. This was our first encounter and won't be the last. He is an outstanding professional.
