I contacted Pawel to have my bathroom renovated and I was astonished by the care he put in all the aspects of his job. I'm usually a very complicated client but he did really a great job and I'm usually one that complains a lot about tradespeople!

I needed to have my sons bedroom light replaced after some water damage. Pawel was quick to come out to quote the job, which offered good value against other electricians I also had quote me. The work was then done quickly, to a great standard. Would use Pawel again if I needed too.

I was delighted that Pawel was so punctual, organised and efficient. There was nothing we asked of him that he didn’t do with a smile. He finished quicker than we thought due to his speed, and there wasn’t anything that we weren’t 100 percent happy with. We look forward to using his many skills again.

We recently utilised Pawel’s skill set to refit our downstairs LVT flooring (including in the newly fitted kitchen, redecorating the hallway and stairwell and also refitting new doors throughout the house. Not only was his work exceptional but he was punctual, constantly ensuring the house was clean from debris and mess (as we were in and around the house) and he worked hard. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and will certainly be using him again.

Pawel was recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants a professional, reliable builder who takes pride in doing a great job for his customers. He has just finished painting my kitchen and also did a small plumbing job. He communicates well, is totally reliable and very easy to be around. He made sure to cover any surfaces that might have got paint on, taped up plug sockets and edges and left my kitchen cleaner than it's ever been! We are now discussing other work that needs to be done around my home and I know I'll be delighted with the finished product.

Pawel attended very promptly on the agreed time and date. He was very courteous and made friends with the dog which is always a good plan. His work was neat and tidy and all the electrics he repaired now work well. After he had finished what had been agreed, he checked the circuitry on another light fitting for us so that we had a clear idea of what we needed to do next. We would gladly have Pawel back in the future. All work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget.

Pawel has just finished another job for me. This time it included decorating all rooms, electrical, and plumbing work. He custom-made a great bathroom vanity unit, which nobody else could do, as it was an awkward shape. He managed to get me a quartz top at a very good price - created a template, ordered it, and collected it for me. It is perfect. Pawel is a truly impressive builder and everything he does is of a very high standard- he really wants to do a great job. So rare to find this level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have also recommended him to family and friends, who have all been very impressed. I would highly recommend him.

Needed 19 kitchen units fitted and electrical work sorted after a useless electrician left my electrics in a mess Pawel and his co-worker were without a doubt the best workmen I've had in refurbishing 5 properties Turned up on the planned day and without fuss fitted my kitchen with amazing attention to detail, using lasers to get things straight and protecting my house and the units as he went along. The house was left clean and tidy each night and they were both very amenable to any changes that needed to be done without charging outrageous extra costs The work was done on time starting at 8 am and finishing at 5 pm each day with no disappearing to do other work …. All the work was done in 8 days …brilliant If you want electrical work or kitchen fitting ( I wish they had done my bathrooms as well ) you will not find better guys to do it

My Wife and I first used Pawel and his brother to replace the flooring and plumbing of an entire floor in preparation for a full kitchen renovation. Our experience in working with him and satisfaction with the work had us ask him back to complete a family bathroom and ensuite renovation. He is a thorough professional taking great pride in his work, this is evident in the end product. Whilst things didn't always go to plan, each time he would give us options, listen to our wants and then work with us for a solution. After each job he has always made himself available to help fix any problems. When my electrician let me down, a friend recommended P.W. Building. I called and arranged a meeting. Pawel turned up and looked at the job, sent me a quote the next day. When he started the job, he worked every day until it was finished. We had to make another appointment after the kitchen cabinets were installed and the experience was smooth. I called Pawel and he turned up the next day. I am very pleased with his services. Pawel is professional, punctual, hardworking and very trustworthy. I wish every contractor kept his word as he did. The work consisted of removing wallpaper from the walls in the bedroom, filling and leveling the walls, painting and replacing laminate floors along with skirting boards, replacing sockets and connecting (moving) a lamp to another place. The work was done on time, within the previously established budget. The trader is distinguished by punctuality, great experience, high work culture, very good organization, great advice and telephone assistance after the completion of the work. Pawel is 100% reliable and trustworthy. P.W. Building Service installed our Magnet Kitchen. The work carried out included plumbing, lighting and electrical. Efficient, worked to time and kept our house clean throughout the process. More recently Pawel has been back to help with our water tank and fix a leak August 2024

We had a new kitchen fitted and we are so pleased with the outcome. Pawel worked very hard to complete our new kitchen quickly and efficiently. I don’t know where to start. There was never a day when Pawel and his team weren’t here 10 minutes early or before what ever the weather. I was totally amazing as was our neighbours to a building company turning up, even when we even had snow !! Never any excuses for not turning up. Working solid from start to finish . I highly recommend P.W. Building Service. We've used his service several times, including bathroom renovations where he changed the tiles, installed a new toilet and bath, and did some painting. Most recently, he completed cladding with external wall insulation, and once again, the results were excellent. Throughout every project, he communicated clearly, keeping us updated at every stage. Moreover his attention to detail was outstanding, and he made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Pawel originally replaced our shower room and did such a good job we have had him replace our bathroom as well. He made some great suggestions to improve our ideas and completed the work to an exceptional standard. We're very pleased with his work and attitude. He is polite, always on time, works hard, tidies up each day, did a full clean up at the end of the project and kept noise and disruption to a minimum. He was also happy to complete various other jobs around the house, both electrical and plastering. We highly recommend Pawel and will always call on him for any future work projects.

I had a leak in my shower which was causing water to leak through the floor into the living room downstairs. I needed to get it fixed urgently in order to avoid permanent damage to my floor so I reached out to P.W.Building Services (on recommendation from a friend) and they came out immediately to inspect the issue. They explained the issue to me in great detail, we discussed options and agreed on what needed to be done. They came on the agreed date to fix the shower leak, replace the shower seal and re-grout the shower. Fixing the shower leak required the wall behind the shower (on the landing) to be cut and replaced; I was very impressed with the quality of their job and how neat and organised they were. There was minimal disruption to the house and they completed the job when they said they would. I’ve been using my shower and happy to report there’s no more leakage.
