After contacting various Stair Lift Companies for a quote, we were told our staircase was too small. (We have a bungalow, and staircase was built for extra bedroom in roof. This was so we could accommodate family when staying with us) As we love our big roof bedroom, and finding it difficult to now climb the stairs, as a last resort I phoned Paramount and was told they were sure they could help. Measurements were taken and told our staircase was small but thought it was possible to have one! However we have now had it fitted by 2 nice men who were very helpful and it is a joy to get on and have a gentle ride up to and into our bedroom. We cant thank Scott enough for all his help whatever time we phone, and all the team that he has around him. We believe its the smallest stairlift they have completed!

We had a stairlift fitted from Paramount Stairlifts. The service received from start to finish was excellent. I advised that I needed a stairlift asap and it was installed 48 hours later. The price was very good and has given some independence to my husband. We highly recommend Paramount Stairlifts.

Rang Paramount Stairlifts who sent an engineer our the next day, he measured up took photographs as our stairs have two turns on them. Scott rang me the next day with a price and we agreed he then gave me a date for fitting. The fitters came at 8 am and it was fitted and they were on their way home by 11 am. No mess, was given full instructions they were very pleasant, friendly told us Scot from Paramount would contact us to check if everything was ok - which he did the next day. Would definitely recommend them they were very professional, price was very good compared to some quotes we had. We felt we had got a good job done without any fuss. You won?t be disappointed with Paramount Stairlifts.

Had stairlift installed for my mum, was very much so happy and was very quick. We needed it urgently, and they installed within a couple days. Good Service. Instead of a brand new/more expensive one, installed a reconditioned one instead, also changed the seat to match.

He put a stairlift in for me - Happy with the work? Yes fine. Came and done the installation, as well as a couple other bits for me. Received 2 Year warranty. I looked online near where I live and they came up. I phoned up, was actually in the area later in the day, great.

Needed a stairlift at home, as my mobility is not what it was! A quick response to my initial inquiry; a reasonable price; and it was fitted fairly quickly, once I had agreed. Had to call them back on the same day; they appeared within the hour (teething problem!) and were most kind. Since then, it's been great! Marvellous service, fast response, really helpful without being pushy.
