We needed a plumber to replace our old boiler which was leaking water everywhere. Found Paul on the Which? Trusted Trader site. He responded swiftly to our enquiry and after visiting he came back with a quote and a date to carry out the work. On the day he turned up bright and early with the new boiler and a team to help remove the old one and carry in the new (heavy) one. By lunchtime the new boiler was installed and up and running! We couldn't have asked for a better service.

Following the demise of my usual service company I asked Paul to carry out an annual service on my gas boiler and to investigate a recurring loss of pressure. He arrived at the appointed time , quickly identified the source of a leak and carried out the required service. All this being done in a efficient, clean way and with a polite and pleasant manner.
