I booked Pelliere to install a new consumer unit, bathroom extractor fan, mains powered smoke alarms and new sockets, including an outdoor socket. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. At all stages, they were quick to respond and I was amazed how quickly they completed the work. Aidy (electrician) did most of the work and reliably showed up at 7am before I had to head off to work, which was appreciated. The work was finished faster than I expected, I was very impressed. I'm very happy with all the jobs that were done. Made life easier to include plastering afterwards, which was done perfectly. As I thought some wiring would need to be fixed, I had been mentally prepared for nasty surprises, but it was quite reasonable for the work done, in the end. I will definitely be using Pelliere for all future work I need doing to the house. Just to add that I live in a concrete house, which can be tricky from what I can gather, but they knew how to go about work on this type of house, which was a relief. Highly recommended.

Our 1930’s home has a wooden balcony across the rear of the property, suffering decay as time took its toll. A nightmare to find craftsmen to restore its irregular construction. No problem for WHICH Trusted Trader Pelliere’s Tony, constructing 14 tailor made sections, treated them with multiple coats of modern protectives and, supported by Dean, installed them to restore the balcony – and the site - to its original state. And at a twenty five percent discount to other quotes. Thanks, Pelliere.

A tall (leaning) chimney stack was advised by a structural engineer to be rebuilt. The work involved coordinating building works, replacing a gas fire including chimney lining, and resiting a TV mast. I was not comfortable. Pelliere undertook the project, estimated on the basis of the engineer's report - and stuck to it - and carried out the work competently with minimum upset and fuss. Workers on-site were a pleasure to accommodate and the operation went without a hitch. Just in time as Storm Eunice appeared. Aftercare advice from Simon (gas engineer) was reassuring. Associates - scaffolders/skip guys - like clockwork. And the TV worked throughout!
