Plug In Electrical Ltd

I originally contacted plug-in because the house I was buying did not have many electric sockets. When Matt Waterhouse came to see the job he saw that the wiring was in a poor state and not properly earthed. Suggesting re wiring I asked for an estimate which I was given the next day. Because we were due to move in within 3 weeks I was promised that the job could be completed ahead of our moving data. This was done satisfactorily in a three day period and within budget.

We have had a full renovation and extensions added to our property. Prior to any work commencing we met with Matt and the Plug In team to discuss what we would like and were provided with a host of recommendations. Matt took all of our wishes on board and we listened closely to his advice! His team really know what they are talking about! The work was done in phases and the Plug In team were always on time, very polite and extremely professional. They were very clean and tidy too. Matt was always available on the phone to talk things through. They got the work done ahead of schedule ensuring that all building works could continue. They even returned last week with an upgrade to some of the technology previously installed. We would strongly recommend Plug In and we would advise discussing any project with the team as they will have advice and recommendations to consider. They have delivered above and beyond! Fantastic team!

A firmware problem in my Electric Vehicle charging unit required it to be replaced. The supplier MyEnergi sub-contracted the work to Matt Waterhouse. In fitting and testing the new unit Matt found that the replacement unit was also faulty and contacted MyEnergi to report the problem and subsequently get another replacement unit which he successfully fitted. Matt had to carry out numerous tests on MyEnergi's faulty unit and communicated continuously with them to achieve a successful result. Throughout this work, Matt kept me informed of progress and clearly articulated what was happening with the MyEnergi unit problem. Matt was competent in all aspects of this work and came across in a friendly manner.

Plug In Electrical has undertaken a wide range of electrical work for me. This includes a major rewiring to address faults identified by a technical report. My property includes outbuildings and the electrical work was complex, involving separate control panels for each. Plug In has also hard wired my broadband across three buildings so I have an integrated system. As well as skilled, Matt and all his colleagues are totally professional, respectful, trustworthy, flexible and patient. They always go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
