My toilet seat broke, but because of the age (over 40 years) the fixing screws were rusted in and the porcelain bowl near the screws very thin. We were warned the bowl might brake which meant new plumbing and new toilet, cistern and wash basin because unable to match the colour. Rusty suggested using a very thin blade to saw through the old screws, It worked!! Then he carefully opened the packing from new seat in case not suitable and needed returning. All went well, and save me a great deal of hassle, mess and money.

I have used the services of this company for a number of years. Comprises a group of at least 3 skilled plumbers. Good experienced gas engineers. Certainly knnow their way around central heating systems. Found them to be skilled, helpful and trustworthy though, in my opinion, can be a bit expensive for a larger job.

Grant Sydney has been servicing over boiler for years. He always comes when he says he will & when we had a leak on a Saturday afternoon & were due to fly abroad he turned up & fixed it.
