Polar Heating And Hot Water Limited

When I moved into my house. They have installed our new boiler and we recently got a new kitchen and we called them to ask them to help us to isolated the gas. Within hours they turned up and sorted it out for us. As me and my partner impressed with their service. I have recommended them to my parents due to them who a had very bad experience with their boiler of 10 years provided and installed by British Gas which was continuously faulty. So they are very eager to get rid of the junk. Polar heating visited my parents listening to what they want and given recommendation as well. The quote that has been given was below their budget so they went ahead with it. Within 2 days they managed to change 10 radiators and the boiler as well as spending 3 hours sorting out the Hive for them. My parents was ecstatic with the result and they said money well spent.

We had a new central heating and hot water system installed by Polar Heating. The previous system was removed and even with various challenges, Polar dealt with these professionally and promptly. From their visits to quote the job and then agreeing the specification of the work, their communication and then completed work was excellent. We cannot recommend Polar Heating enough. I asked Dave to service our very old boiler and talk to me about a new boiler. He turned up ahead of time having called me first to confirm. He completed the service of the boiler efficiently leaving me with a comprehensive report of what he had done. He also talked me through the options regarding new boilers and promised to send a quote. Whilst he was here, I asked him about a couple of troublesome taps which he was happy to look at and suggested solutions. His bill was emailed promptly and the promised quote for a new boiler dropped through the letter box next day. He has communicated with me since about the taps and I hope to have these sorted out very soon. Dave and his assistant were very courteous and helpful and I definitely feel that I have found a tradesman I can trust to do a good job.

Dave and his workers attended our property to install a new boiler after my old boiler was dangerous and had to be replaced He went above and beyond to help us out after pressure from my boiler caused one of my radiators to explode and leaking water. He was in constant contact with me from the time the incident happened and came to install a new boiler the following day. The previous boiler was installed by another company and was dangerous. We had no heating or hot water. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us. He made it his business to ensure we were not left without heating and hot water after installing our new boiler. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank him and his team enough for how they have helped relieve the stress of the past few days. They did a brilliant job installing the new boiler and we are so grateful for everything he has done. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend him.

I engaged Polar to replace our 15 year old Ravenheat boiler with a Baxi. David visited and reccomended a 30Kw Baxi 800 boiler and I opted for a Hive control. David and Zol arrived on time on the agreed date, the installation was carried out without fuss within the day. A shout out for apprentice Jake, an extremely polite young man who loves his work with Polar. A lad with a bright future. Everything was carried out in a tidy manner, left in a clean state, and David explained all the controls and helped me set up the Hive system on my phone. I thoroughly recommend Polar.

Called David to get a quote for a new boiler after our old boiler had packed in and wasn’t viable to be repaired David explained the different combi boilers that where available to us and which would be best suited to our needs went with a Baxi 800 Zol arrived on the Thursday Morning with his two lads to start the job. First Zol had to replace and re pipe the copper piping in the gas meter which wasn’t expected then we had to have the old piping replaced outside by Cadent and all this time the two lads are beavering away taking out the old boiler. The two lads worked hard replacing piping and rerouting piping after completing the job they made sure everything was clean and tidy took away all rubbish and the old boiler. Even with the extra work that the lads encountered I paid the price that I was quoted I would highly recommend Polar Heating to anyone who wants a professional job doing

Have used Polar heating 3 times in the last few years they really are exceptional. What impresses me the most is their ability to communicate exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it, clear and concise no nonsense explanations, always on time and thoroughly professional.
