We had a broken shower pump which needed replacing. Carl arrived promptly and made a thorough assessment. He carefully explained all of our options. He was courteous and friendly and carried out the work very efficiently to a high standard. We would certainly recommend Premier Heating Solutions.

We are delighted with the work carried out by Carl, despite some issues with the sizing of the water tank the job was executed and finished professionally with care taken to work in our interests, very friendly and knowledgeable, tidy and respectful of our space, I would recommend Premier Heating who also installed our external Grant Boiler in 2022. Premier Heating came out at short notice and successfully fixed a leaking radiator valve. As usual, their engineer was polite and friendly, efficient and clearly competent. We called them because three months ago they had fitted our new boiler. That was quite a complicated job because some of the original electrical circuitry and pipework was quite dodgy (it was 40 years old) Their engineers worked until quite late in the evening to complete the job for us and then subsequently came back and moved the exhaust outlet to a more visually appealing location at no extra cost to ourselves. A neighbour asked on our group email for recommendations as he had a similar problem. I recommenced Premier Heating and he was also very please with the job and sent out a note to all our neighbourhood saying so.

Plinth Heater and Thermostatic Valve replacement

We have had a lot of problems attempting to get a plinth heater plumbed into the heating circuit to function adequately. Premier Heating had no concerns about installing but it never worked properly. In the end we had to have it removed and as I wasn't prepared to pay for Premier Heating at their exhorbitant charges to play around with the hot water circuit anymore, we installed an electric version that I obtained on line. This works well but its cost a lot of money to get to that position. Premier Heating should have been more willing to absorb some of the costs involved along the way and I feel should have been more reticent about how useful it would be. We also needed a thermostatic valve changed during the last visit that I supplied and took 10 mins to fit when already at the house. It took a lot of hassle to get an exhorbitant standard quote reduced and even then it was overly expensive. My conclusion is that whilst they provide a good service, their pricing structure needs more flexibility for non standard works and they need to look at how expensive they are.

Great service from start to finish

The quotation process with Zach was comprehensive. To have the quote and options to hand, on paper, at his departure after 2 hours was remarkable. Final decision on options and acceptance of the quote were easy. A feature of Premier is their speed and accuracy of Communication through the Office by phone and e-mail. Top marks. The installation and re-location of the boiler was, I think, a fairly complex job. It was carried out over two of the coldest and foulest days of the year. Harley and his mates made our lives more tolerable with politeness, cheerfulness and steady progress, with (again) Communication of what was going on. Great work. Co-ordination with the roofer and waste-disposer, all arranged by Premier, appeared seamless. Harley was very attentive in getting the system running and checked on day 2. He stayed late to attempt further instruction on the control system, and any failure to fully educate us low-tech pensioners is not down to him! We are fine now. This was an impressive performance by Premier Heating Solutions. Fully priced, but good value for the money. Well done and thank you.

Sunday morning and the hot water is only running warm. I called Premier Heating Solutions and within 2 hours a heating expert was at the property. He fixed the problem and did a health check on the whole system. He understood the large and complex Air Source Heat pump system at the house, which was very impressive. He was really nice and an excellent communicator. I will definitely use Premier Heating Solutions again.

Boiler replacement and water cylinder

Our boiler stopped working and we were left with no hot water or heating. Called Premier Heating and had Luke & Zack take a look and advise on what needed doing. I received a professional quote and top-notch service from their office team and they started work right away. Replaced the boiler and water cylinder with no issue and kept me informed and up to day throughout. Luke carried out the work and was really helpful throughout and went above and beyond to help us out. Will 100% use these guys for servicing and any repairs in the future.

Called Premier heating when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Offered me an appointment for the following week, but promised me a cancellation if one came up earlier. Rang me back an hour later, engineer on his way, he had finished early. Came to my home, gave me a fixed price quotation to change the kitchen tap over, and proceeded with the work that should have been simple and not taken that long, but ran into problems and took much longer. George my engineer was an absolute star, didn't give up with it, and was just amazing, and went above and beyond to fix it for me. Still got charged the exact same amount as the quotation. Would recommend to anybody for excellent service, and the customer service in the office from Josie was fantastic too.

We have had an ongoing issue with the supply of water to our bathroom units and other water outlets throughout our cottage, so we contacted Premier Heating Solutions for their advice and help. They established what our issues were and provided timely quotes to potentially solve the issues, more importantly once we had accepted the quotes they kept to their timeline and provided an excellent engineer in Chris to carry out the work. It's early days but at the moment everything is working as hoped for. Can't fault the customer service or quality but you will have to decide for yourself if you think their costs - which are guaranteed are reasonable
