We went with Premiere Heating as Phil was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us a quote that was in line with expectations- then and there. Within a day of accepting the quote online they had started work and we had a boiler installed and up and running, even with gas redirection by the end of the same day. It was very impressive operation, the team were all really helpful and wanted to ensure that the job got completed in time. Nothing was too much trouble. They even dis-assembled then reassembled a bunk bed to get to the floor. They cleaned up after and left no mess, replaced carpets as they were and made sure we were happy with the boiler and how it worked. We will definitely be using them again! Great value and swift work executed to a great standard- thank you!

We had an old boiler replaced with a combi boiler in the loft. They were exceptionally friendly and professional, from the moment I contacted them for a quote. We had our boiler replaced, the work was completed on schedule and within budget. The tradesman was punctual, personable and professional at all times and the workmanship was to a very high standard. His duty of care throughout was exceptionally good and this was highlighted by him working late to ensure we had heating and hot water that evening. Overall a fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

We had major vibrations coming from the central heating system, and no one could work out where it was coming from. After three visits, Dave found that it was a leak in underfloor pipes, by way of a process of elimination, and that it was pipes contracting after the heating was switched off that caused the vibrations - which mainly started at about 1am in the morning, for some weeks. We were very pleased with Dave’s work and his process for finding the problem. No one else we asked had a clue as to what the cause was. We would highly recommend this firm again.
