Excellent. Dave arrived promptly. He was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly, having considered a number of possible causes. Shower pump now working well with all 3 showers feeding from it. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Left message on answerphone 8:05 - boiler not working. Phone call back at 9:02 acknowledging this & will get back to me later. Phoned to say engineer would come at 12:00. Dave turned up: was his usual polite & smiling self. Diagnosed the problem pump ceased operating. Repaired it & got it working in a few minutes. Temporary solution. Will order a replacement & get them to fix it.
