Today's work was to finally resolve a problem which has been ongoing for many months. Peter took up the rotting chipboard and replaced it - checked the offending coupling which I had tightened and left everything in full working order. Valve not known to date.

Absolutely brilliant service all round. Rob and Pete went the extra mile with the installations over 4 days. A lot of pipework with all old tanks removed leaving a clean & tidy finish. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Engineers were very courteous & knowledgeable. We had some supply issues with parts which left us without heating for 24 hours but not a reflection on the quality of the engineers. Overall a positive experience. Without the parts issue, I would have given a 5 star rating.

The team was great. The leading person (David) very patiently explained every step of the work they were about to do in advance. Everyone else involved (James, Luck, Barry) were really nice and courteous. We were left without heating for one evening only (were I expected it to be the whole time until installation completed), and even then, they verified that the hot water were still available. It was obvious that quality of the work is important and the guys take pride in doing it to best quality possible. The result is a great solution which I hope we will enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend working with Premier Heating.

The company fitted a new oil fired boiler, removed old one, moved pipework and also connected up to underfloor heating in a new extension. Workmen arrived on Wednesday and finished Friday evening. All were very polite and respectful, taking off their boots to go on carpets. Did a fabulous job. Thank you.
