On arrival it was discovered the scheduled location for the boiler was unsuitable so the guys came up with two alternatives which involved installing an exterior boiler. This unit was more expensive than the intended one but the extra cost was born by PHS Ltd. They kept me fully informed of progress and the end result is excellent. They were cheerful at all times, despite having to work outside in very bad weather.
