I had to replace my old hot-water cylinder and conventional boiler. I invited Premier Heating Solutions to my house for a quote and that was by far the most accurate and competitive among the other providers. Price and schedule agreed via email, great communication. The work was completed as per the agreed schedule, and despite some delay in delivering the new items (boiler and hot water cylinder), the two engineers managed to stay longer to make sure we had hot water for the night. The following day the work was completed with power flush and we are absolutely pleased with the final result and the service throughout the process.

Premier installed a complete new heating system into our house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will always be using them in the future. Needed a cast iron radiator installed. The engineer they sent round arrived on time, was courteous throughout, and was extremely helpful with any queries I had. We have an exposed wooden floor, but David managed to get to all the pipework without having to cut any. I'm sure this was more awkward for him but we really appreciate the effort he went to. Very professional service and will be using them again without hesitation.
