It is rare indeed that a company performs from beginning to the end with perfection. Following my request a survey and quote was completed within 24 hours - including a more thorough investigation of this quite complex building than other bidding firms had done. The explanation from the Surveyor (Phil) was precise /knowledgeable (I run a technology/engineering business), identifying the key factors to maximise effectiveness from the design layout for an entire new oil boiler system with complex new pipework etc. The quote gave fully itemised breakdown and although using top level new Worcester equipment, was fairly priced. The 10 year Premier guarantee clear and fair. Premier accelerated installation dates to suit a family function for us. The work (James, Mike, Josh) began exactly on time, cleanliness for a difficult job (house is over 450 years) fully maintained with knowledgeable technicians but who went to great lengths to explain why certain procedures/rewiring/replumbing were being done. Even corrections to the previous layout of 25 years, corrected. Parts such as new motors were only installed as needed so fully trustworthy. All old equipment removed. Commissioning so the whole house feels perfectly warm completed and full explanation as to the quite complex control systems demonstrated so all could understand.
