From start to finish premier heating solutions gave us full confidence that they were the right firm to do this job. Phil impressed immediately with his knowledge and can do attitude and the subsequent quote was better than expected. The old boiler was housed inside a large kitchen unit. The new one needed to be in exactly the same place as nowhere else was viable. Add to this a mixture of cast iron, imperial and metric pipes and fittings this was not going to be a simple like for like job. Hence our good feeling after the first visit and quote. The work took a little longer than first thought but it was a job really well done and we are delighted. Ollie certainly knows his stuff and worked non stop for the four days he was with us, very professional in every way. Our praise must also go to the ladies in the office who needed to update us on schedules, covid 19 related, etc etc. Again, all very professional. I required a new boiler and searched the internet for local boiler company reviews. I got 4 quotes and checked the latest reviews. Premier Heating were not the cheapest but had great reviews and explained all the options available and how much each version would all cost. I opted for them and agreed a date that suited me as I am still working. The engineer was a young man called James who was exceptionally professional and polite throughout the task. The task was completed as per the schedule and at the original price quoted even though James had to return on a third day to fit an additional part that was identified during the original installation but at no extra cost. The task was not straight forward as I had agreed some minor alterations. James conducted all of the work to a very high standard and refused our assistance in cleaning up on completion doing it all himself. I have highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions to all of my family and friends and would certainly use again, if I required this type of service.

The heating system in this newly acquired house needed work on it. The contractor gave sound advice on what was necessary, and subsequently provided a very competitive price. They had previously done work for my son who spoke highly of them. I am very pleased with the work, and am confident the new installation will give the heat and quietness to be expected. Billy, the engineer who did the work, was a pleasure to have about the house and is a great ambassador for the company.

Communication from the company was thorough and quick. I was without heat in a cold snap in February so the schedule was juggled to enable the work to be completed as soon as possible. James was highly professional and considerate at all times, giving clear information which demonstrated integrity and a determination to do a thorough job When a second visit proved necessary this was arranged to be done within two days and again was completed with care and consideration of the need to avoid mess or disruption When problems occurred James did everything he could to resolve them

Premier Heating Solutions were recommended to me by several of my neighbours, following which I used them to convert my old conventional central heating system to a Combi boiler system. Phil inspected and took time to listen to my requirements and queries before making his recommendations. He was knowledgeable and was very helpful and prepared a detailed quotation immediately. I had confidence in his recommendations and proceeded. The installation was carried out by James, who was professional throughout. He was polite, neat and took immense care with all his work. His priorities were to ensure that the job was carried out to the highest standard and that I was entirely satisfied, no matter if it took up more of his time. I have used many skilled tradesmen and engineers over the years with my work as a Chartered Surveyor, and James is up there with the best of them. Certainly he is the best that has ever worked in my house. These are high praises, to the extent he may be embarrassed, but they are completely deserved. I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating, who are a very friendly and professional firm.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Communication was excellent, everything clearly explained, they acted very quickly once they knew our old boiler had given up, and were very competitively priced. Even the quote itself was itemised and very clear. I've already recommended them to a friend and would do so again.

We were very impressed with Premier heating Solutions, from our first contact with the company. Phil explained his recommendations very clearly and we received a quotation that same evening. Questions were answered clearly and comprehensively. Ollie arrived on the day of installation promptly and was very polite. He worked very hard, neatly and tidily. All waste materials were collected just as he was finishing. It is great to know that such efficient companies still exist, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Price compares well to others we investigated The engineers were very friendly and kept us in the loop about which parts of the job they were doing. Could have been very stressful and wasn’t in the slightest.

We decided to replace our 26 year old gas boiler before having a complete kitchen refit. Phil came out to assess our requirements and sent the quote in that evening. Compared to the 4 other quotes we received, Premier Heating’s was the most competitive and clearly itemised exactly what they were proposing to do. Communication prior to installation was excellent and the engineer, Peter, carried out the work pleasantly and efficiently over the two days he was here. We had one slight problem with a faulty thermostat and this was swiftly replaced by Premier Heating the next working day. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Premier Heating and thoroughly recommend them.

Initial visit from Premier Heating provided us with a very thorough assessment of our current heating system, and recommended the most appropriate system boiler as well as ancillary products such as power flush. We appreciated the promptness of response. The installation was on the dates we requested and was done by two heating engineers. They were knowledgeable and courteous and explained what needs to be done and in what order. The installation was completed on time and was very professionally executed. Waste products and the old boiler were removed very quickly the same day just as the installation engineer was leaving the house. Apart from the initial quotation and the installation, one additional point to note was the efficiency of the office administration who kept us updated by email and text message of the dates of installation and the time and names of the staff attending. Overall, the service provided was exceptional taking all aspects from start to completion.

Premier heating provided great service - very fast and efficient, sending out a very nice, polite chap to mend our elderly oil boiler. The spare part needed was sourced immediately and replaced with no fuss or mess and the boiler was serviced and checked and is now working beautifully. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them.

I've just had an old LPG gas boiler replaced by an electric one. Phil visited my home and talked me through the options I had to replace a ten year old LPG boiler. He was very clear and helpful, following up his visit within 24 hours with thorough and competitively priced quotes for new LPG and electric boilers. I decided on an electric one. Pete and Luke came within 10 days, removed the old boiler and re-sited and installed the new one within a day. The following day Pete returned with an electrician to connect and finish off the work and talk me through using the new controls. Pete and Luke's work was of a very high standard. They were efficient, friendly and polite. They tidied up as they worked and made sure that any rubbish or scrap materials were taken away before they left my home. I am very pleased with the quality of work and efficiency of service I have received from a friendly, professional team- from a helpful initial chat with Sue to the completion of the installation. I will not hesitate to recommend Premier Heating to my family and friends.

James did a really excellent job. More challenging than expected because of existing pipework/wooden battens/etc all in exactly the wrong places, but James remained positive and resourceful throughout, and determined to complete the work to a high standard. Very bright, and inspired confidence. I would highly recommend him. Admin team also a pleasure to deal with, especially Sue on reception.

Premier Heating Solutions have fitted a new gas boiler for me, their service was extremely professional every step of the way. Phone calls are answered promptly and organisation and communication throughout was excellent. Pete and Rob were polite, professional and extremely tidy. They were respectful of my home, tiding up as they went along and leaving my kitchen spotless after completing the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. With a plethora of plumbers around they are a breath of fresh air, service is second to none with a skilled, polite and knowledgeable workforce.

The positive experience with Premier Heating started with a very thorough quote. Phil took his time, explained the options, listened to my questions and provided a quote. He was flexible in agreeing payment terms and adding an extra component. Rob and James arrived to do the installation work. They did a great job, very neat work, perfect match of the brickwork, and a good installation including the extra component. The boiler installation was finished in one day and Rob came back the next day for the power flush. The job was finished on time and to budget. The entire experience was positive, good clear communication from start to finish, excellent quality of work and a great team.

We had an old boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The guys did a beautiful job and taking the tank out was a big challenge, not a single scratch on the walls, stairs, anywhere! The engineers were very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. They left the house clean and tidy.
