Our new boiler has been working perfectly since it was fitted by Premier Heating Solutions last March and has now very efficiently received its first service by Steve. He also very kindly looked at the gas fire and established that we need to contact a service engineer for it. A very satisfactory visit, thankyou.

Calum and his team completed all work in the time specified and all his team were extremely hard-working. All work has been completed to a high standard with minimal inconvenience. We are very happy with the installation and would highly recommend PHS.

Required a new boiler prior to Christmas as a result of old boiler leaking water. A very comprehensive on site inspection was carried out and managed to get work scheduled for 21/22/23 December. All four engineers who were involved in the installation were very professional and customer friendly. Work was carried out to schedule with minor chimney cementing work delayed to 31st due to weather. Overall an excellent experience.

We were very impressed by Premier Heating Solutions. Their price was competitive and the quality of the work done was high. They worked hard to install our new Worcester Bosch boiler and a complete set of pipes and radiators (as we had warm air heating before). They installed all the new equipment before switching off our old system, so we had a very short period of time without heat (during the day) and never ran out of hot water. They removed the large old boiler and checked that the new system was running. They then returned the following afternoon for a few minor details and a check on the system. It is all working well and we are very happy. There is a great 12 year guarantee on the boiler too.

PHS serviced our old boiler for several years doing an excellent job. They were quick to respond to any problems we had with our aging system. At the annual service this year they identified that our old boiler was on its last legs and able to respond quickly to advise us of the work required and get us a quote of a replacement. The work, which included the new boiler replacement, gas pipework adjustment and condensate pipework installation to suit , a new circulation pump, magnetic protection and a replacement radiator was completed within two days. Both Calum, who has completed the service, and James who undertook the installation were pleasant, knowledgeable and tidy workers. I have no hesitation in recommended them to others.

This is a very professional company, not the cheapest, although their boiler service charge is reasonable. Capable friendly engineers, who all seem to be called James, with a robust back office providing slick administration. Would recommend without reservation.

We have used Premier Heating for a number of years. The services they have provided are as follows: Approx 10 years of servicing the Gas Boiler including supply and fitting of a new boiler. About 1/2 dozen of repairs due to leaks in the system (none of them apparent at time of service) Advice about hot water useage in the house. The rates are competitive, there was never a return trip required, and engineers and staff always friendly and helpful.

Callum did a highly professional job replacing our boiler and was not phased by anything. He arrived punctually, was polite and worked hard throughout the time. This is the first time we have used Premier Heating Solutions and so far we have been very impressed.

Premier Heating Solutions replaced an existing very old oil boiler with a new Worcester Bosch gas boiler. Very happy with the quality of the the work that was done and the friendly and professional manner of Callum who did the bulk of the work. He worked through a number of minor hiccups in a very professional manner and because Premier are not just a one man operation he could call in other colleagues to help to ensure the installation was completed on time. In particular, James came up with a very neat solution as to where to position the soak-away for the boiler condensate! I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone considering replacing their boiler.

Very professional work, the installer was courteous and answered any questions I had. The site was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. Good job, no complaints.

From start to finish premier heating solutions gave us full confidence that they were the right firm to do this job. Phil impressed immediately with his knowledge and can do attitude and the subsequent quote was better than expected. The old boiler was housed inside a large kitchen unit. The new one needed to be in exactly the same place as nowhere else was viable. Add to this a mixture of cast iron, imperial and metric pipes and fittings this was not going to be a simple like for like job. Hence our good feeling after the first visit and quote. The work took a little longer than first thought but it was a job really well done and we are delighted. Ollie certainly knows his stuff and worked non stop for the four days he was with us, very professional in every way. Our praise must also go to the ladies in the office who needed to update us on schedules, covid 19 related, etc etc. Again, all very professional. I required a new boiler and searched the internet for local boiler company reviews. I got 4 quotes and checked the latest reviews. Premier Heating were not the cheapest but had great reviews and explained all the options available and how much each version would all cost. I opted for them and agreed a date that suited me as I am still working. The engineer was a young man called James who was exceptionally professional and polite throughout the task. The task was completed as per the schedule and at the original price quoted even though James had to return on a third day to fit an additional part that was identified during the original installation but at no extra cost. The task was not straight forward as I had agreed some minor alterations. James conducted all of the work to a very high standard and refused our assistance in cleaning up on completion doing it all himself. I have highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions to all of my family and friends and would certainly use again, if I required this type of service.

The heating system in this newly acquired house needed work on it. The contractor gave sound advice on what was necessary, and subsequently provided a very competitive price. They had previously done work for my son who spoke highly of them. I am very pleased with the work, and am confident the new installation will give the heat and quietness to be expected. Billy, the engineer who did the work, was a pleasure to have about the house and is a great ambassador for the company.

Communication from the company was thorough and quick. I was without heat in a cold snap in February so the schedule was juggled to enable the work to be completed as soon as possible. Premier Heating Solutions were recommended to me by several of my neighbours, following which I used them to convert my old conventional central heating system to a Combi boiler system. Phil inspected and took time to listen to my requirements and queries before making his recommendations. He was knowledgeable and was very helpful and prepared a detailed quotation immediately. I had confidence in his recommendations and proceeded. The installation was carried out by James, who was professional throughout. He was polite, neat and took immense care with all his work. His priorities were to ensure that the job was carried out to the highest standard and that I was entirely satisfied, no matter if it took up more of his time. I have used many skilled tradesmen and engineers over the years with my work as a Chartered Surveyor, and James is up there with the best of them. Certainly he is the best that has ever worked in my house. These are high praises, to the extent he may be embarrassed, but they are completely deserved. I can't recommend these guys enough. Communication was excellent, everything clearly explained, they acted very quickly once they knew our old boiler had given up, and were very competitively priced.
