The positive experience with Premier Heating started with a very thorough quote. Phil took his time, explained the options, listened to my questions and provided a quote. He was flexible in agreeing payment terms and adding an extra component. Rob and James arrived to do the installation work. They did a great job, very neat work, perfect match of the brickwork, and a good installation including the extra component. The boiler installation was finished in one day and Rob came back the next day for the power flush. The job was finished on time and to budget. The entire experience was positive, good clear communication from start to finish, excellent quality of work and a great team.

We had an old boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The guys did a beautiful job and taking the tank out was a big challenge, not a single scratch on the walls, stairs, anywhere! The engineers were very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. They left the house clean and tidy. Good communication from the moment we contacted them for a quote, were happy to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased, thank you!

We had a new boiler filled in and a new radiator. The schedule and budget was kept as agreed. Communication was excellent and very attentive. Rob did an excellent pipe work and installed everything to a high standard. There was a mixed up over a few items but all resolved very quickly and to our full satisfaction. We would recommend.
