Prestige Heating and Plumbing Ltd is based in Chalfont, though we carry out work across all of Western London and the surrounding counties. But geography is not a bar to accessing our services, just ask.

Paul was excellent. He came round very quickly for what was an emergency especially when compared to all other plumbers in the area who couldn’t make it for 24 hours. He made the exception because it was an emergency and came round at 6pm when he’d finished for the day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and returned the next day with the correct parts to fix the problem.

A new boiler was installed during one day, as per schedule and to budget. The central heating system was flushed and cleaned, leaving a fully functioning system. The work staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this company, based on this, and previous, experience.

Fixed leaking pipe junction which was getting worse day by day, removed old water softener and cured air lock problem brought on by this reviewer turning of mains stop cock. Spoke at end of one day and all problems fixed first thing next morning (to schedule and price previously agreed). Very pleasant and competent!

Paul and his colleague fitted a new boiler and tested our whole hot water/central heating system. The job was quickly quoted and was billed with no extras. The job was done efficiently and with no mess. We have used Prestige for over 16 years for all our heating/boiler work always a great job.

Complete Bathroom Renovation

Paul and his team did a wonderful job designing and fitting our new bathroom. The job was to remove the old bath, toilet, basin and tiles, then install walk-in shower, with new toilet and basin plus complete re-tiling of floor and all walls. Extra spotlights were added to the ceiling and any untiled areas were re-painted. We were offered complete choice on tiles and fittings, supported by helpful and expert advice from Paul. The installation was completely done, start to finish, whilst we were away on holiday - we returned to a completely new bathroom! Would recommend Paul and his team.

Paul is reliable and professional. My toilet flush is broken. He ordered one and had it replaced very quickly. During his visit, he also did an inspection of a leaking washing machine hose and provided a detailed report with quote. Paul supplied and installed a new washing machine cold water inlet hose within 2 days. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again in the future.

Update to Underfloor Heating

Our old U/F heating system was stuck on - Paul came round a couple of times to check on everything and then managed to source new control units to work with the existing underfloor pipework manifold so the whole thing did not need to be removed ! very efficient.

Paul and his colleague James installed a new Ideal boiler for me yesterday. They arrived as scheduled at 8.15am and worked hard for a very long day to get the whole job completed. They took the time to explain how the heating system works and were careful to keep everything clean and tidy. They were thoroughly nice people to spend the day with. I was impressed by the way they worked and am very grateful for all they’ve done.

We lost our hot water due to a faulty thermostat. Paul (I suspect having reshuffled his work) responded quickly and the work was completed effectively and efficiently.
