Arrived on time. We had plastic toilet freshener that was blocking the pipe. They had to detach the toilet from the tiles and put it back on. It was completed in an hour and they left no mess.

Paul kept me updated with his appointment time & came when he said he would. The work was carried out very efficiently, my radiators are now hot & he kept me informed as I was at work & my sons were home with him. Hired Paul through a third party, but couldn't be happier with his work! very polite, work was carried out with least fuss and disruption to our lives. We had a new boiler fitted, all pipe works, rads sorted, We now have a shiny new efficient boiler thanks to Prestige! He quoted us three days and finished under 2 and he vacuumed before he left! Customer service was great! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thank you once again Paul.
