All windows and front/back doors replaced. Repeated issues with front door during first 2 weeks, which were dealt with on an individual basis by one of their fitters. Dreadful standard of customer service from their main office (including being hung up on by a representative). Conclusion from the fitter after 2 weeks was that the door was bowed and a replacement required. Surveyor then came out and disagreed with this assessment, which was not communicated to us properly. 2 weeks later, following yet another phone call to prior (featuring yet further poor customer service), we're now awaiting another surveyor to come and check the door (which has repeatedly failed on a further 3 occasions since). I have genuinely never experienced such poor standards of communication and service from a company, and based on a number of similar complaints on Facebook (listed on Priors own page), I doubt we're the only ones. This is not what I'd expect from a Which? trusted trader.
