I would recommend Priority Plumbers to everyone. Darren is a very reliable plumber, installed new boiler and services annually. Any problems with boiler, advised contacting Worcester for an engineer to fix faults under warranty. Also replaces bath taps professionally.

I contacted Darren to replace a radiator and valves on my landing. Arranging a date was easy. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. He had the job completed in a couple of hours. I’d definitely recommend him and would use him again myself.

Darren from Priority Plumbers came out at short notice to fix a leak to the shower. Prompt action was required as we had had to turn the main water supply to the house off, which needless to say was very inconvenient. The problem was resolved quickly and Darren was pleasant throughout. I have asked him to come back to replace the shower unit and do other work in the house.

Darren supplied and fitted a new boiler in 2017 and has serviced it ever since. He’s reliable and always turns up on time. I rang him late last Friday as the boiler had a leak. He arranged to come the next day, Saturday. His investigations showed it was the heat exchanger that needed replacing. He explained that it was an expensive part to replace and time consuming to do. He left saying he would try and contact Worcester/Bosch. He came back almost straightaway and had found out the cost of the part and that it was still under guarantee. He gave me all the details I needed to arrange for the part to be replaced. Which I have now done. He could have done the job himself and charged accordingly, instead he was so helpful and has saved me a lot of money. Thank you Darren!

Needed a kitchen tap changing, rung Darren, accepted his price and he even managed to fit the work in that afternoon for the agreed price. Even spent additional time helping me by discussing another ongoing issue I have. Great service!

Had a leak in the pipework above the kitchen ceiling. I found Darren (Priority Plumbers) on the Which Trusted Trader website. My call was retuned within the hour. Darren said he was on a course but could come at 3.30pm and explained the callout charges. He turned up on time got to work straight away, had to cut out the ceiling plaster in a couple of areas to access the leak which was in a congested corner difficult to reach. Darren approached the job methodically and soon the leak was repaired. Very please and satisfied with the work done which was within the budget quoted. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

I called needing an urgent check on my boiler which had what I thought had issues. Darren took some details over the phone and managed to get out to me that day. He completed a full service and gave me a rundown of what’s been happening, was very detailed with his explanation and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any boiler work done. We have been using Darren for many years. He services our boiler every year and also has fitted a new one for us. He has also helped very quickly with any other urgent issues that have come up over the years. He is very professional, always arrives on time and is very thorough with his work. We trust him completely.

The inlet pipe to the shower pump fractured during use causing the house to be flooded. I was able to shut off the supply and called Darren. He came quickly and was able to effect a temporary repair and came back two days later and fitted a replacement for the old pump. Darren turned up as agreed and carried out the work in a methodical professional manner. The final bill was as provided in his written quotation for the work.

Darren arrived promptly to service our boiler and also to rectify a fault as we had no hot water. Work completed same day and very reasonable charges. Would recommend and will definitely use again.
