Darren installed our Worcester boiler in 2017. Since then, it has worked well and Darren last serviced it in December 2018. I contacted Darren yesterday to arrange the 2019 survey and he offered to do it today. He came at the time we agreed and was his usual thorough, professional self - getting on with the job without interruptions, working tidily, taking care not to bring dirt inside the house and completing the necessary paperwork afterwards. I would be happy to recommend Darren to others looking for a suitably qualified person to install or service a gas boiler.

Darren quoted a fair price for replacing a gas boiler. He listened to what I wanted but wasn’t afraid to offer advice and give clear options. Darren was clear about what was involved and what to expect. He was careful and for instance put a covering over the carpets he had to walk on. The work was done within the timescales he gave. I was given all the promised paperwork. He cleaned up, removed all debris. I was happy to have him in my house. All in all I feel I have had a good service from an established local business and will happily call on Darren for boiler servicing or related work.

I called Darren to offer him a small job to seal off an old gas tap I found behind a cabinet when renovating my kitchen plus seal off some water pipes. Priority came promptly at the agreed time and did an excellent job. Very thorough and knowledgeable, will not hesitate to call him again when I need a plumber.

Trying to get a plumber to do a small job at a realistic price is hard work; lots of promises and most don't turn up or not interested. Darren gave a realistic price to service my boiler and change a component, duly turned up at the appointed time and completed on time and at the agreed price; very trust worthy and would use again when my old Potterton boiler finally gives up the ghost.

I have used Darren quite a few times now for smaller jobs but this was a replacement boiler (combi) with plenty of new gas and water pipework. As expected, a really professional job. Darren is reliable, trustworthy and stayed very late one night to get the hot water and the heating working as it was extremely cold outside.

Having tried several “plumbers” on this and another Trusted Trader website, all of which took details and promised to phone me to make an appointment, all of which failed to do so, I tried Priority Plumbers. So pleased I did. A quick response and refreshingly up front about charges and costs. Friendly, clean, efficient with a good working knowledge and very helpful advice on, what turned out to be, work that was not quite as straightforward as the Review Title suggests
