When water started dripping through the ceiling in our living room, we knew something wasn't quite right. On investigation upstairs we discovered water was spurting out of a pipe behind our hot-water cylinder in the airing cupboard. Fortunately we had a copy of the Which? Trusted Traders booklet and soon Darren Barry of Priority Plumbers was busy draining the system and removing the cylinder. A couple of hours later the pipe was repaired and the job was done. A perfect result on the day before Good Friday when we could have faced a serious water problem for the whole of Easter. Thank you, Darren, you're a star.

Darren installed me a new Worcester Greenston 38CDI combi boiler. He removed the old boiler, flushed the system and installed the new one. He also installed two new radiators and the Honeywell EvoHome. During the quotation he was very patient and took his time to explain everything that needed doing and why. When installing he did a great job, with perfection and tidiness. Highly recommend.
