Pro Plumb fitted me a new boiler after giving me excellent quotes and advice about which one I should choose. When they arrived they fitted adequate protection to my carpets & furniture. Their work was very efficient with very little disturbance to me. I hardly knew they were there. After finishing the installation they explained very fully to me how everything worked saying to get in touch with them if I had any problems. They finished in the time they said they would and left everything very clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the job.

Pro plumb have just finished installing a new boiler and radiators. The three-day job also included removal of old boiler and hot water tank and all new pipework to upstairs radiators. Mathew and his team are all very professional, polite and friendly and work to a very high standard and not forgetting Jane in the office who keeps you informed from quotation to completion. Matthew and his team arrived to install a new fire and combi boiler. They worked flat out for three days, doing an excellent job. They also did extra touches which we really appreciated. Having read the excellent reviews of Pro Plumb I decided to contact them to get a quote for a new boiler installation. From the initial conversation, I was impressed with how friendly they were. The quote provided was very reasonable and detailed so I knew what I was paying for. During the installation, everything was kept clean with plastic sheeting and matting put down. I was impressed with how quickly they got on with the job and had the new system installed. Everything was done to a high standards with minimum disruption. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is so refreshing to find a company who phone when they say they are going to phone, turn up when they say they are going to turn up and complete the job without issue. The finish they have left is excellent, I am really pleased with the new system and am glad they will be looking after the system for the next 10 years too. Proplumb came to service my boiler. The gentleman who came was very proficient when he came about Covid restrictions, explained what he was going to do and got on with the job in hand. He came on time and was very thorough in doing the service. Very Happy ,recommend to anybody wanting a good job done.
