I’ve have just had a new boiler installed by Matthew and Co. It needed to be moved from our loft to the airing cupboard. From the first time he visited my house to quote I was sincerely impressed by his knowledge, honesty and sound advice. The work is now complete, done in timely fashion, from the moment they left you would not have known that any work had been carried out. Very clean, and they even altered and refitted the shelves in the cupboard around the new boiler. The workings were very clearly explained including all the paperwork Excellent job, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Pro Plumb, no hesitation in using them in the future, they do exactly what is says on the tin. Very competitively priced too. Thank you very much.

We use Pro Plumb to service our boiler so know of their efficient work. So when the boiler started playing up they advised us not to waste money trying to repair it but to have a new system installed. Matthew came to see what would be required, explained what it would involve and quoted a price for the work. We arranged a mutual date for the job to be done as we were due to go on holiday and they had family circumstances to accommodate. It was a 2 day job but we had the water supply back on after a few hours on the first day. Matthew and Larry obviously new what they were doing and worked as a team. They fitted the new system, cleared up as they went along so we had no mess to sort out, and took time to explain the workings of the new Worcester boiler and the wireless unit to control the settings. We would certainly recommend them and will continue to use their plumbing service in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED! We had a house with no boiler or radiators in and they came and fitted a full system for us. Right from his first visit to give us a quote to replace our old central heating boiler, they were so professional explaining everything we needed and why and saying what was not necessary to change. The quote was very competitive and explained exactly what would be done and what was included. When we accepted the quote his wife arranged the date for the work to be done and explained that it may run into 2 days as we needed an extra cable installing , the evening before the work was to commence she again rang us to say what time they would arrive. When they arrived, the first job was to put protective covers on the floors and carpet upstairs, they explained everything they were going to do and did it. When they finished in 1 day, by staying a bit later, they explained how everything worked and arranged for the necessary service program to be activated . The house was left very clean both inside and out.

Matt and his team were excellent from start to finish. They took out my old bathroom and completely refitted a new shower room. The complete refurb was installed to a very high standard and the whole job was excellent and very professional. Throughout the job everywhere was sheeted up and the site was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. They are all have great personalities and it was a pleasure to have them do the work for me. I would highly recommend them for any job since they are very professional and know their stuff. People say my bathroom now looks like a show house . I have now got him booked in to do my kitchen refit. Big thanks to Mat and the team.

Matt and his team replaced an old style boiler with a new combi and replaced some radiators also. Before they started they explained exactly what they were doing each day so that I could prepare for any shortages but the main water supply was back on within a couple of hours. There was a lot of additional piping and this was installed to a very high standard and the whole job was excellent and very professional. Throughout the job everywhere was sheeted up and the site was left neat and tidy at the end of each shift. At the end of the job everything was hoovered and left spotless. They are a good natured crew and it was a pleasure to have them work for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job since they are very professional and obviously have wide experience in all type of systems.
