Been a customer since 2009. On Friday Dean came to service the boiler (part of the gold plan scheme) and fit new lights in two rooms. Punctual, friendly, reliable service. Highly recommended.

Pro Property renovated a bathroom for me. This involved replacing all the bathroom fittings, recovering two walls, the ceiling and the floor. They also did some work to improve the structural integrity. They provided a day by day schedule and stuck to it. All of the team members who worked on the job were both pleasant and highly professional, and the end result surpassed by expectations. One of the most impressive things was how neat and tidy they left everything at the end of each day's work. I'd unhesitatingly recommend them.

We have used Pro Property for more or less all the work done in our house. from big jobs like or kitchen and bathroom refurbishment including knocking through our off shot kitchen wall, fitting all new windows and doors and fitting a new boiler. As well as smaller jobs like replacing radiators and tiling. They do it all which is nice as a customer not having to organise separate trades yourself. Dean and the team are very easy to work with and trustworthy. They always turn up on time and leave our house tidy. I would happily recommend Pro Property!

New shower room required refurbishing with new shower, basin, tiling and flooring. New boiler also fitted in kitchen. All work carried out to the schedule provided and everyone arrived at the times stated. Some minor snagging carried out without any fuss. Very good job carried out to the price quoted.
