Dan came on time everyday, he worked non stop, and he was really accommodating. Never had anyone so polite and hard working. His work was really tidy and the new boiler and shower look very posh.

I contacted to get quotes for various maintenance jobs, touch up pointing and concrete fixes and sealing a leaking bath (including fixing it to the floor) and tap assembly that was leaking through the deck. Quoted clearly and quickly, booked in, arrived as agreed on time work done with out any drama. Had a few snags with the tap called back arranged the follow up twenty four hours from calling. In the meantime I decided to replace the said tap which was fitted part of the fix. One of the things I noted was clean and tidy van and cab, as well as organised tool boxes etc. and sure enough same on arrival and when they left bathroom was also clean and tidy. When I have the whole bathroom stripped out and re done and other pieces of work will I have them pre-short listed, yes.

I have been a customer of Pro-Property since 2009, when they first installed my boiler. Since then they have done numerous jobs for me - including new kitchen and new bathroom. I have their Gold Plan for my gas boiler service and any emergencies which might occur. In May there was a problem with my boiler losing pressure rapidly and frequently; and Rob came out the same day to ascertain what was wrong. He knew immediately what was wrong, went to get the necessary part and within an hour all the work was completed. This is the normal high level of service I have always had from Pro-Property. Everyone in the company is friendly, helpful and efficient; and there is always a quick response to sort out any problem. I would highly recommend Pro-Property.

This is the second time we’ve used pro property for work in our home. Last year we had a full bathroom refit and they did an excellent job so made sense to use them again for our recent kitchen refit. From start to finish the lads worked magic and we are so pleased with the kitchen, it looks exactly how we planned it, considering the state of our old kitchen, the kitchen was completely stripped back to bare brick and everything done and they worked to a planned schedule so we knew what to expect daily. Arrived on time every day, cleaned up after themselves everyday, job done to a brilliant standard …..we look forward to them returning for our next project.

Pro Property's Dean arrived at the agreed time and completed the work efficiently and with no fuss. He was knowledgeable and professional and gave us some useful advice. The price for the job was fair and reasonable and the price quoted was what we paid. Overall a very good firm to deal with local as well.

Needed a new electric shower fitting. Dean initially came out and after thorough testing of the electricity supply he discovered some faulty wiring. Everything was explained in a professional and courteous manner. Dean arranged to come back another day to re-wire and fit the new shower. All aspects of the job were completed to an extremely high standard. Also, thank you for fitting me in at such short notice.

Dean replaced our fuse board in preparation for the bathroom being refurbished. We knew what to expect when he came. He completed the work in about 4 hours to our satisfaction He is polite, fully respectful of Covid-19 protocols and it felt safe having him in the house. He also advised us regarding some potential other jobs.
