Daniel fitted several parts on our boiler to ensure its efficient operation in the future. As always with Pro Property, he arrived on time, completed the work within the time expected and left the work area clean and tidy. He was very courteous and worked according to current Covid guidelines. The cost of the work was as expected. We have used Pro Property a number of times and have always found them to be excellent.

Easy to book appointment but waiting time long-ish maybe owing to lockdown backlog. Dan the engineer arrived on time, is very thorough in his work and cheerful as well. Covid secure visit (mask, gloves and overshoes). I had issues with the boiler (separate matter) and he was very helpful explaining the way forward.

Dean carried out boiler repairs and fault finding on the central heating system. He was able to identify an issue that others have missed and fixed it the problem in the same visit. He was on time, polite, clean/tidy, and even took time to helped answer other queries and different quote whilst at the property. Overall great professional and I would highly Pro Property Ltd.

Pro-Property has performed a number of installations/maintenance/repairs in my property since 2018 and I have always found their workforce to be totally committed to providing excellent service. They arrive on schedule, are skilled and tidy. The costs are very reasonable and having a local office means they can respond to requests or inquiries very quickly. I have used Pro-Property for gas servicing and any house maintenance for the past 12 years. Recently, they fitted a new towel rail for me in the bathroom. Dean was really helpful in advising the best quality towel rail, then ordered what I wanted and arranged a date for installation. All went very smoothly and therefore as always, I can highly recommend Pro-Property because they are totally skilled, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and very efficient at what they do.

Daniel telephoned prior to his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the bathroom hand basin. He refitted the plug hole drain and the problem was solved. He was friendly and courteous. He also kept to Covid guidelines. I would definitely recommend ProProperty.

Had new boiler fitted. All work carried out with no problems. Daniel was the engineer who was exceptional both in his work and how he left the area clean and tidy. He wore his mask at all times.
