Progas Heating Services Ltd is a well established company of 25+ years. We provide domestic central heating, air conditioning, air source heat pumps and gas services to the South, South East London, North Kent and Surrey. Progas can design, install, service and maintain central heating systems, boilers, air source heat pumps and all Gas appliances. We also carry out Landlords Gas Safety Checks and Buyers Reports to ensure there are no surprises when purchasing a property.
Progas hold full Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. We are a Gas Safe Registered company and Worcester Bosch Accredited/Approved installers.

All work is carried out by Engineers trained and employed directly by Progas - we do not sub contract our work out.

We have used Progas for many years and have always been happy with the service provided. So when our old boiler came to the end of its life we were happy to contact them about boiler options. Their advice on for new boilers was very useful and helped us make our final decision. The replacement of the old boiler was done quickly, cleanly and with no disruption to our normal day. The staff were also very happy to bring us up to speed with features and controls of the new boiler. We are happy to recommend Progas as they have provided with very good service for many years.

Having dreaded replacing the boiler Progas were brilliant. They completed the work in one day and when they left you would never know that they had been. They fitted the new higher spec, more efficient model into our tight fitting cupboard space without fuss and no damage. The fitters themselves were a delight; quiet and focused on the job. No loud radios, no demands for hot drinks or unpleasant loud chatter. They left our home warm, clean and tidy. Our new boiler is purring away keeping our home at a beautiful ambient temperature on an automatic thermostat controlled setting and hot water whenever we need it. Highly recommended.

My old boiler had to be replaced but new boilers are condensing models so apart from the boiler itself all the chimney, indoors and out, needed replacing and the means to get rid of the water had to be put in place. I was extremely dubious that all this work could be done without wrecking my relatively new and beautiful kitchen. However the Progas engineers installed everything in one day and no one would be able to guess at the difficulties involved in doing so as the kitchen looks untouched. I am delighted with my very quiet and efficient new boiler and I can confidently recommend using Progas for any central heating work.

This was a complicated job, removing two combi boilers, connecting ground floor pipework with 1st floor, disconnecting one of two gas supplies and installing the new plant. Their quote was very reasonable, they completed the work with the minimum of disruption, and on time. I was very happy with the results and the quality of their service. Highly recommended.

From the visit to quote to the installation of a new boiler Progas were nothing but the epitome of professionalism. They advised of the right boiler to install with no need to baffle with tech speak or up-sell. They gave clear information and left us a verity of choices, at very competitive prices, to decide upon. The installation was fast with the minimum of disruption and the engineers left the location spick and span. We highly recommend Progas.

I decided to replace the old electric storage heaters in my house and have gas-fired central heating installed. I obtained several quotes and chose Progas and was pleased I did. Their quote was the most competitive, the work was carried out promptly and they caused no disruption and made no mess. They disposed of the old storage radiators as well - a first class job by a polite, professional firm and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The 2 engineers carrying out the installation were very professional and on completion left everything clean and tidy. Their standard of work was excellent. We have been very happy with the whole process of employing process to install our new boiler. We had a full discussion beforehand of the alternatives available. The installation itself went like clockwork. Each member of the team worked quietly and methodically on their task, for long spells without a break and completed the work well within the allocated time. The system was tested thoroughly and all was left clean and tidy. We would recommend Progas without hesitation.

The 2 engineers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished half a day earlier than expected. The work was of a very high quality. They even stayed late on the first day to make sure we had heating and hot water that night. This was so helpful with 2 young children in the house. The engineers cleaned up really well afterwards and did a few extras for us when they noticed things that needed to be sorted out with regard to the plumbing and how it worked with the new system- all included in the price. They were very quick to send a quote for the work too- no chasing required at all. I would highly recommend this company and their fantastic customer service.

We had a boiler installed in January 2016. We have been extremely happy with the service all the way through. We received a quote promptly following a visit. We then had some questions around the installation and the type of boiler and the director explained very thoroughly and in detail everything so we felt completely confident with going ahead with the boiler. The installation of the boiler went completely smoothly! The two engineers were very polite and again answered our queries. They left the place very tidy and talked us through how to use the boiler. From speaking to Progas, I felt they had very thorough knowledge and experience of boilers and were genuine in their advice and answers so we felt we were in ‘safe hands’. Progas were also slightly cheaper than another local provider. We were very impressed by Progas and have already recommended them to friends!

I recently had a boiler installed by PROGAS, and couldn't be happier with the service. Whilst running through the procedure, and planning my new system, they were very informative and accommodating to my needs. They explained thoroughly what would be best for my house, what I'd be running and my water pressure (which is often overlooked by many) The engineers that fitted the boiler were very polite and friendly. They were fast, efficient and tidy. There was minimal mess and the house was left spotless. They powerflushed the system after installing the boiler to clean it out and ensure it performs to its capacity. All in all, I would highly recommend them, and will certainly be using them in future for any other heating related work/maintenance.

Off the back of a recommendation from a friend, and after seeking a few alternative quotes, I went ahead with a boiler replacement from Progas. Quick visit to undertake an assessment and then on the install day a team of two undertook the job quickly and tidy up after themselves (putting down rags from the front door was the first thing they did on the day). Boiler has been working like a charm.

I have used Progas for a number of years for boiler servicing and repairs and they recently installed two boilers for me. They turn up on time, give written quotes which are very competitive and then install the boilers in a efficient and tidy manner. Their admin is also very good, which is a problem with many firms - calls are returned, invoices are correctly sent out and all paperwork is dealt with efficiently. I can recommend this firm 100%.

Our old noisy dual-flue boiler was on its last legs and we wanted to replace it with a new (reliable) Worcester Bosch one. Unfortunately this meant the boiler would have to be relocated. Unlike other boiler fitters we'd tried, Progas came up with the perfect solution on the initial visit so we were more than happy to use them for installation. The work was undertaken over 2 days with minimal disruption. They even managed to avoid lifting any floorboards to install new pipework which I was especially happy about. Engineers cleaned up after themselves and took the old boiler away. We now have a very quiet new boiler which has a 10 year guarantee.

Really pleased with my whole experience with Progas. Arranged for a visit to get a quote with Bob, this was followed through very quickly with a quote. The complete installation of a new boiler and radiators was complete within the month from first contact. The guys doing the installation were really efficient and happy to make changes if I asked. From office staff to the person who visited for the quote and the fitting engineer were friendly and professional, providing helpful advice - prompt quotation provided. I was very pleased with the thorough job that was done and the attention to detail, coupled with punctuality. The fitter also provided clear instructions on how to use the new boiler and did a thorough job of cleaning up after. I am absolutely delighted with the value, quality of workmanship and customer service provided by this company and the boiler itself.
