Craig fitted my new boiler and also solved a few other problems related to the old boiler at no extra cost. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything very well to someone who does not have a clue about boilers. I would recommend ProGas and already have to family. In future I will use ProGas for any gas maintenance or new appliances.

We had an old back boiler which was condemned and the job to remove it was a big job...removing the old boiler, fitting a new boiler and renewing all radiators and adding a new radiator in our living room. It was going to be a messy job and we were quoted 4 days to complete the work. From the very first time we met the team Craig was very professional and went through the whole process with us and provided us with our quotes. Day 1 of the work we were a little nervous about the scale of work however the team Chris and Harvey were fantastic. They were professional, friendly and left our home clean and tidy each night. We thought the work would be a nightmare but it was done so well. Just want to thank you all for the job you did and I have recommended you to friends who are looking to have gas work done. All work was completed within the time quoted and the price for all the work was good too. There were no hidden costs....no mess...and we now have hot water and heating which is fabulous!! Thank guys

Craig's initial visit to assess and inform what work could be undertaken to upgrade our boiler and central heating was very thorough as was the detailed report of the options and costing. Chris and apprentice Harvey worked over 4 days to remove all water tanks from the loft, install new pipework and new tank in the airing cupboard for the sealed system and a modern and efficient boiler. All radiators were 'flushed' and balanced and throughout the guys worked very hard and were always polite. A week later a teething problem was dealt with without question. I cannot fault this company for customer service and the calibre of the workforce.

The engineer (Jason) rang to see if it was OK to call earlier than the appointment time, which was fine. He was very professional and the work was completed to a very good standard. Everything left clean and tidy. He explained everything that was required regarding the service and invoicing. He had time to answer a query that I raised regarding a rad in my hallway. Brill company and engineers.

Technician arrived on time and undertook the work with a minimum of fuss or intrusion. The areas were left clean and tidy. Technician was very approachable and polite.

ProGas service our Boiler every year and we happy to install our new Gas hob. They are very clean and tidy workers.

Craig and his team have served our boiler requirements to the highest quality each time we needed them. The work is always of the highest quality, staff are polite and professional and complete the work promptly and finish cleanly. We have also had urgent telephone advice on semi-urgent situations. Honest and reliable. Well done team.

I just can't rate ProGas highly enough. Excellent service from initial enquiry to invoice. Fitting a new boiler and associated replacement radiators. Craig arrived when he said he would and the workmanship from Craig, Chris and his apprentice Harvey was second to none. Extremely courteous and very clean workers, you just can't go wrong with them. When I had to go out for work and arrived back home I couldn't even tell they had been there working. It's a shame more companies aren't like ProGas.

From the intial contact to the day of the cooker installation, this ProGas have been fantastic. They’re friendly and reliable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have not used ProGas before but would have no hesitation in making use of them again for any gas and heating requirements. The response to my initial request was impressive with a same-day appointment and excellent comms in terms of when and who would be coming to service the central heating boiler. The engineer Jason and his apprentice partner completed a very thorough inspection and service and their general approach and manner was excellent. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending ProGas to family and friends or indeed anyone in need of a high-quality response to gas and heating needs.
