I purchased a new computer printer and could not install it. I called out Propergeeks whom I had used before, they responded almost immediately, installed my printer and ensured I was happy with everything. They observed strict covid protocols while in my house and I was very satisfied with all outcomes.

My Macbook pro was taken in within a day and repaired within the week as stated. Several phone calls made by Ross to check that I was happy and informed with procedures. Chris delivered the Lap top on time and spent time explaining new procedures and some problems I had with printing. He was so clear and not at all rushed in his explanations. I thoroughly recommend Proper Geeks.

I have used this firm on several occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. Recently I had a problem with accessing video files in Microsoft media player, possibly caused by a recent update. This was sorted in no time - completely professional service by knowledgeable staff who are always helpful, courteous and friendly. The customer is always kept in the loop and charges are very reasonable. This first-class business meets a real need. Long live Propergeeks!

Very impressed with the excellent service we received from Propergeeks. They collected, repaired and returned my wife’s iPad with the minimum amount of fuss and charged a very fair price. This was my first use of Propergeeks I was very impressed by the friendly efficient service. My Hard disk had been corrupted and had to be replaced. They were very helpful and I felt that the price was fair. It will definitely be my first choice for any service I may require in the future.

Our Omen laptop needed checking over after it sustained impact accidentally. The team at the shop were excellent and particular thanks to Corey whom we dealt with. The laptop had diagnostics completed, physical inspection for hinge damage and also opened up to ensure that no damage was sustained to the fans etc. You cannot be too sure with gaming laptops and we wished peace of mind. We were lucky enough to get a clean bill of health and it was turned around in good time and with no charge thanks to their excellent policy. Many thanks.

I have used them twice and both times it was a speedy, polite and efficient service. I was treated very well. They repaired the problem on both occasions and my machine is working fine now. The power button was not working and they fixed it

I was unable to boot up my replacement laptop which I had purchased from Propergeeks in July. I dropped it off at the shop and they rang me the same day to say that the hard drive was failing. I live on my own and because of the Covid-19 pandemic, have limited access to outside services, therefore my computer is my lifeline and I use it both for business, contacting my family and for ordering on line services. Without question, Propergeeks replaced the laptop and both Ross and Chris were very helpful is advising on various aspects of installation and transfer of data to the new machine. They were in constant touch with me by phone and I knew what what happening at each stage of the process. This morning, Chris delivered my replacement laptop and I am up and running with the new machine. For me, the important thing is that decisions and action were taken promptly which meant that the timeframe when I was without a computer was short. Excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Propergeeks to my friends and wish them the best with their business at this very difficult time for all of us.

I have used Propergeeks for a number of years they have always delivered excellent service. If I need to upgrade my system they are my first port of call. All of the assistants are enthusiastic "geeks" willing to go the extra mile. On this occasion the solid state drive of my tower failed, as it was under guarantee it was replaced free of charge within a couple of days. It was delivered to me and set up, ready use. Cutting a long story short, young Chris came to set up Skype on my laptop a few days ago. He quickly spotted several urgent issues on the machine, needing prompt attention. Not least of which, the machine needed upgrading from Windows 8 to windows 10. A few days later, Chris returned the laptop, and it was as good as new! He took the time and trouble to make sure I was happy with the result. A couple of days later, I had a problem with the anti-virus programme, so I spoke with James at ProperGeeks, and he explained things to me and he was able to resolve the issue from his end, in a matter of a couple of minutes. Problem solved. I have no hesitation recommending ProperGeeks. They're a brilliant team of young men. Friendly, and they know what they're talking about. Thanks lads, you're all brilliant!

I took my computer in for a problem with live mail failing to download messages following a Windows update on Monday - I was told they would get back to me Wednesday - 5pm I had to phone them. They hadn't sorted it , they would phone back Thursday am 10.30. Near to 11am I phoned them and they said my computer was going slow and I needed a new hard drive. Nothing about the email problem. I had to remind them it was an email problem. They didn't investigate the problem just told me it was an old version and they would give me the more modern one 'Mail' which would be very similar. I got it back Friday and found it was a much worse version without most of the things I liked about live mail. - So much for a modern version. This is the second time I have waited 4 days for a response when they haven't listened to what the problem was that I had. I have previously had good service from them at a reasonable price but they need to sort out this problem of not listening to the customers problem. I can't recommend them at present

Only needed my laptop security software updating so a small job for Propergeeks. Service was excellent as always - everything explained in non-technical terms with full back up for 12 months if required. The only place I would go to for anything computer related - far better service than the 'big sheds' provide and at a good price. Definitely recommend Propergeeks.

We have used 'propergeeks' before, on a number of occasions as a family, with a variety of problems on Phones, Tablets. and Laptops. They have always been successful in solving our technical issues, and give great service at reasonable prices. We would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the speed of fixing my sons laptop including upgrading the RAM. quote given and accepted rang to check password, etc... then completed the job quickly and efficiently and kept me informed through out the process. Would highly recommend them for all your computer needs.

Did a great job upgrading my Dell lap top to Windows 10 and installing a new antivirus system and Office 2019. Although they encountered some issues they honored their originally quoted price and kept me updated whilst they were completing the work. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this Company.

I recently purchased a new desktop computer from Propergeeks. The price matched those of the large high street companies and the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. I am not a ‘techo’ so I needed easy to understand advice and guidance. The staff were excellent, explaining things in a very clear and simple way. My old computer was collected from my home and taken to their workshop to have the data and files transferred to my new computer. It was then personally delivered to my house where the technician, Chris, set it up and installed my security package, Microsoft Office and various other services I had on my previous computer. The whole operation was carried out efficiently without any fuss. Each stage was explained to me clearly and I was also even given a tutorial by Chris on how my new Windows 10 and Office operate. The overall price for the new computer and the various services was extremely reasonable and competitive. The personal, no fuss service I received was outstanding and would recommend this company without hesitation.

I delivered my computer to the shop on Thursday 31 October 2019 together with an external Back up. I was told it would probably be a few days before they could analyse what the problem was. I told them there was a document on the back-up which was urgently needed - for Saturday - but it would need editing first. They rang me me on Friday to say they had been able to find the file and would put it on a Memory stick. I took this home and edited it on an old computer, saving it back on the Memory stick which I then returned to the shop. The staff then printed off the documents for me. The following Tuesday I was notified that the Mother Board was kaput and the cost of repairing uneconomical. I accepted the quotation for a replacement computer with the data uploaded and installed. This was done today by arrangement. I must compliment the Staff, especially Chris and Ross, on their most pleasant manner and courtesy as well as their skill and efficiency in dealing with my needs. As someone who has had his own business for over 30 year, I am fully aware of the importance of quality and service and the training and motivation of Staff in this regard. It has been a pleasure to do business with ProperGeeks and I have already started to notify my friends of your excellent service.

Repaired a laptop and fitted a new solid state hard drive and added a virtual windows 95. They managed to save all my data from a damaged hard drive. Laptop is now like new. (Haven't got into the Windows 95 yet) We had a bit of a hiccup but it was all sorted to my complete satisfaction due to their professionalism so no hesitation in giving a 5 star review.

The work was done efficiently and quickly. They also kept in touch with me throughout the work being done.

I found them knowledgeable, very helpful and reasonably priced. After a house call, the PC was taken to their workshop and both problems were sorted out.

Contacted this company by phone on June 5th to establish if they could fit a replacement drawer in my desktop pc.Dropped it in and was informed a day or two later that they had ordered a replacement and given a price for the job.They rang me on the 13th June to confirm all was well and the PC was ready for pick up at the price quoted. Collected it on June 13th and am delighted with the result. Very professional and efficient staff and am most impressed with the service.
