Initially established in 2009 by Simon Hayter as an independent sole trader, Pure Gas was then incorporated as a limited company, Pure Gas Heating Limited, in 2014. The company opened its showroom and office Wimborne in 2015.
Although the name reflects its gas central heating installation work, the company also offers oil and LPG installations, bathroom refurbishments, certification for landlords, and plumbing of all descriptions.
The company is registered by Gas Safe and OFTEC, and is a Worcester Bosch accredited installer.
Our established and new customers are welcome to visit the Pure Gas Showroom at 41a East Street, Wimborne where they can see the range of fires on display and to discuss their requirements whether it is for a new fire, a boiler installation or any other service provided by Pure Gas.
Pure Gas has gained good reputation in the local area and believes “service with a smile and a good job done” is the best recommendation for a customer to return to the company for future work.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Work completed in one day not three. All staff were very helpful, removed shoes and cleaned up beautifully. New condensing warm air heated fitted. Can’t speak highly enough superb company. Simon so helpful at all times.

I called Pure Gas out of desperation when my heating engineer cancelled our scheduled appointment several times over 9 weeks. I spoke to an extremely helpful lady named Judy who informed me that they were busy as it was leading up to Christmas but that she would do the best that she could to help me. She called back within 15 minutes and scheduled in an appointment that day. An extremely helpful Engineer (Ash) arrived that day, identified the problem and quickly an undertook an emergency repair. The following day, Ash and Simon returned and replaced an expansion vessel, a pressure relief valve and a switch. Excellent workmanship, prompt response, competitive pricing and high quality service from office staff through to engineers. I cannot fault them and should you require a high quality company to service your central heating or provide general plumbing services, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This service is purely down to the owner Simon who picks up your messages quickly and acts on them. This is the second time I have used PG, on both occasions the service has been excellent, quickly diagnosed and you are given a fair price for the work done. The plumber who visited even took video of my damp roof and told me a tile had come off to show the roofing company what the problem was, and for me to know before getting ripped off for a new roof which I was today! Highly recommended on every level will not go anywhere else now

Very reliable and honest. I was recommended to contact Pure Gas. Simon was very quick to fit us in after we bought a house with a faulty boiler! We have a 1 year old and it was pretty cold at night, Simon was able to rearrange diaries to be able to fit a new boiler the next day! He also explained everything very well. Such a relief to have hot water and heating. Highly recommend Pure Gas! Mark is also very reliable and I believe when the staff have the same ethics it makes the company succeed. Feel I’ve received an exceptional service and will recommend to anyone. Thanks Simon and Mark!

I had a very old boiler replaced by this company. In its place I now have a new, efficient, cleaner oil fired boiler that will be far cheaper to run. They were polite, friendly, very efficient and totally professional. The initial quote was given in a clear and helpful manner. The work was then carried out promptly and to budget. I would highly recommend.

There is no need for lots of words; if you want the best then go to pure gas. They are polite, helpful, very clean workers and simply fantastic at what they do. I have had a new boiler, water pump, radiators kitchen mixer tap and they service my boiler every year. I would never go to anyone else and I would recommend pure gas to anyone

I have my boiler serviced annually by Simon. He always does an excellent job and I never have any complaints at all. The work is always first class and I always recommend him to others. If there are ever any problems he comes back immeditealy and resolves them. Great work!
