The work was carried out as planned over 2 days in December, despite poor weather conditions. The cost was as quoted. The 2 installers were very helpful and pleasant. One month after installation everything is working well.

From our first meeting with Robert when he called to survey the installation of a new Oil boiler, Robert was very professional, informative and helpful. He explained what to expect, surveyed the job thoroughly and told us what he felt was the best boiler for our needs. He gave us a preliminary date of the installation and the time scale of the fitting. We received a quote a few days late with a a full explanation of what was to be done and what was included in the quote and even a run down on what would be done on each day. We were always kept up to date by Robert. The morning of the installation Robert and Ben arrived on time and got to work straight away. The care and professionalism through the entire fitting was second to none, they made sure all the area was well protected from dirt and damage and when the job was finished they cleaned up all the mess and left the area as the found it, nothing was too much trouble for Robert and Ben, they went above and beyond, we can’t speak highly enough of them both. They are a company we would highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you both so much for making the installation easy and stress free.

Rob and Dan were fab. They replaced a boiler and a radiator for us. Lovely pleasant people to have working in our home, great care taken to protect the home with mats and sheets being put down. All work was completed as agreed and on time. Highly recommend and will be having them back as and when necessary.

Rob provided a clear and comprehensive quotation for installing a new boiler. He was able to meet my timescale for the commencement of the work. The cost was competitive for a Worcester Bosch unit. Suitable precautions were taken and a good clean up undertaken. There was good advice and communication during the work. Rob and Ben had a courteous and pleasant approach. They carried out some small additional work at no extra cost. A very satisfactory experience.

We used R.A.J Heating Ltd to replace out central heating boiler. Robert from R.A.J visited to undertake an estimate of the work, provided a timely quotation of cost and a fixed date when the work would take place. RAJ LTD installed a Worcester Boiler at our house. The old boiler had done a good job and provided years of service and wanted a boiler that gave us at least that performance. Robert was able to test our water pressure, agree a replacement model, upgrade the gas supply, flush the system, tidy up all the old pipework and bring us right up to date with all the latest safety and technology. Robert and Ben were a good team who were a pleasure to have in the house and I felt completely confident about the decision to engage RAJ LTD. All my expectations were exceeded.

Robert was very professional and courteous throughout my boiler replacement. Having recently lost my husband I was very overwhelmed by having to replace my oil boiler but Robert was very knowledgeable and patiently explained about the new product and what the job involved. RAJ Plumbing and Heating replaced an old gas boiler for me. The work was completed as agreed. They kept things clean and tidy, using carpet protection film between the front door and the boiler. Robert explained all the options when he quoted for the work and was easy to understand. The finished installation was very neat and I would use this company again.

Very pleased with the work undertaken by RAJ Plumbing And Heating Ltd and their customer service. They installed a new oil boiler and circulation pump in the garage along with a new flue. They also installed a new hot water cylinder and control systems. Additional work included replacement of 26 old radiator valves. The system was flushed, pressure tested and refilled. The old boiler was removed from the utility room and disposed of along with the old circulation pump, pipework and cylinder. Work was done to a high standard and the agreed budget, which had been bid on a competitive basis. Provision of the quote and communications were first class and higher order than the competition and thoroughly professional. Only small issue was that one text message about a requested variation to the work was not received. Both Robert and Ben were polite, friendly and helpful.

Outstanding. 100% satisfaction in all aspects of the work from first contact and consultation to completion of the job. Very efficient, work completed in stated time scale and to a very high standard. Excellent product (Boiler) and highly skilled, friendly fitters.

We had a new boiler installed and a few new radiators to replace older ones. Both Robert & Ben did a really good job and their pipework was extremely neat and tidy. Before work started carpet protectors were laid down and all waste material was efficiently removed and work areas cleaned. We thoroughly recommend RAJ for all central heating work and Robert & Ben are very friendly and easy to discuss any options with.

Contacted Robert to carry out a boiler change, turned up in the first instance to survey the job and then within a day or two had a quote which was very reasonable so we arranged for him to do the job, a date was set which was kept to and also the time scale of the job. Both Robert and his workmate Ben were very efficient, clean and tidy and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone so once again thank you raj heating.

From the initial enquiry to Worcester Bosch and subsequent discussion on boiler type, paying regard to gas flow requirement the contractor exhibited a high degree of professionalism. The work content was clean and efficient with all debris removed from site. The quote was well structured and formatted with supporting documents such that we could review all elements of the boiler construct. The time scale was specified and effected I/we would recommend this installer.

Robert installed a new boiler in my rental property in Portsmouth. He did this at short notice because my tenants were without heat and hot water after the existing boiler failed. Robert made a 7+ hour round trip to do the work for me. The tenants are absolutely delighted with the quality of work and with the professionalism of Robert and his apprentice. Hot water not working on combi boiler, very quick response from Robert at RAJ Heating. Needed new part which was ordered and fitted with minimal delay. Excellent service, they come when they say they will and let you know if they are running late/delayed. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We're really happy with the whole service provided and the boiler is great! From the quote the actual installation, everything ran smoothly and professionally. Robert replied promptly to my initial contact, then provided me with a itemised quote at a competitive price. He kept in regular contact with me before the work started and gave advice on the best system for us. Robert and Ben have done a brilliant job and we are chuffed with our new heating system. Their work is of an exceptionally high stand and they kept the house immaculately clean during the job even though they had to move furniture and lift carpet.
