I had an issue with viessmann over a faulty pump in my boiler they would not send an engineer out to fix the problem unless i agreed to pay a fee of£144 even though it was under warranty being two years old. I contacted RYAN at RJMARTINDALE who installed the boiler. He contacted viessmann and had them send an engineer to replace the pump motor under the warranty no fee to pay. A big thank you to RYAN and staff for their help in solving this problem with viessmann

We have been Advanced Homecare customers for over two years. We have called on their expertise a few times in this period and have not been disappointed. You can speak to a person at reception who is friendly and efficient. They turn up when they say, look smart and are always polite. Any problems were resolved efficiently and without fuss. I consider my Homecare plan good value for money as I can compare with others I have used in the past

Turned up on time to replace two radiators with ones I had bought and re-hang a third. Excellent job completed with no mess or fuss. Reasonable charges. I will use them for annual boiler service in future.

Having checked https://trustedtraders.which.co.uk/ we happened upon R J Martindale and thank them most sincerely. From first contact to last everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly from initial contact to completion 5 days and 3 of those were a weekend and Bank holiday Monday! The admin staff were brilliant in sorting out everything we needed to do to get a quote, arrange the work and make payment. The engineer was also great he took the trouble to let me know what work he had done and why, he was meticulous in attention to protecting my carpets and all rubbish and old boiler removed, which made it hard to tell any work had been done. All in all a fabulous experience and a company I would recommend anybody to use and I usually don't recommend anything just in case but I'm confident I wouldn't be let down by Martindale's.

I have no hesitation in recommending RJ Martindale unreservedly. Extensive work on large domestic residential system. Everyone was professional, polite, proactive and energetic in solving the various problems. Came on time, worked cleanly and were helpful throughout. Full marks.

Ryan's team arrived promptly on Tuesday 7th of June and immediately got done down to work. Scott and Theo removed the old boiler with minimal fuss and mess and continued working tirelessly throughout the day. They were always cheerful and we hardly knew they'd been there at the end of the day. On Wednesday they were joined by Paul and the three of them installed our new radiators and tested the system. Again they took great care in tidying up. We are extremely pleased with the completed work which was done in the time specified and to the agreed price. I have no hesitation in recommending R.J Martindale. I have had a service plan for my boiler and central heating with Ryan's company for 2 years. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful and the engineers who visit are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They are a local Bolton company who provide an excellent cost effective service. Give them a try , you won't be disappointed.

Called Martindale in to fit a new radiator and two thermostat valves - they were recommended by friends who used them before. They brought overshoes to use in the house and went to great lengths to avoid spillages and keep things clean. The work was completed by two very pleasant young men who arrived on time (a little early - no problem) and did a good job in a shorter space of time than I thought it would take. Cleaned up everywhere after finishing - we couldn't tell they'd been. I will definitely use RJ Martindale again.

Had our boiler serviced, the engineers were friendly and provided a thorough service, the customer service received was great. Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend.

A first class company to deal with. Excellent personnel and an excellent service. We wanted an old wall heater removed and a previously installed radiator moving along the same wall to cover the area where the old wall heater had been. Booking a mutually convenient time to do the job was simple, the team arrived at the agreed time They were very respectful of the carpet and decor, everything was covered to prevent stains and damage whilst the work was done. I have been a Homecare customer for twelve months after a long and expensive term with British Gas. I had my annual boiler service today and the engineers turned up on time. They were friendly, professional and smart. They explained what they had done and took time to answer the questions I had. It is good to be able to speak to someone in the office as well. So far a good experience and I would recommend this company.

You don't often hear these days about a company that gives you an excellent service at an affordable price, well, here is one! I rarely leave any review like this but this company really did impress me with their professional approach. Even down to the day the engineer came to install, he took the time to cover his shoes, cover my carpets and be unbelievably careful with all the doors, floors in the bathroom. I would like to recommend RJ Martindale Ltd as a first-class central heating and plumbing company. Their Engineers are exemplary - hard-working, leave everything clean and tidy. Mr. Ryan Martindale has to be commended for his work ethic in ensuring the job gets done well. I have a Maintenance Contract with this Company and have just had them replace my old central heating boiler.

Great communication prior to visit day re agreed time etc. Steve, the engineer, very punctual. He let me know 15 mins before he was coming when he would be here. Very pleasant, friendly person. Fully explained what he had done.

Serviceman arrived at the agreed time slot to service the back boiler. He worked efficiently and was very tidy leaving no mess. He explained that it was important to make sure there was an adequate airflow into the room to avoid build up of dangerous gas like carbon monoxide. He answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Would heartily recommend.

I have only just started to use R J Martindale. Unfortunately, I had a problem, 10 days after getting my contract. Everyone from Joanne in the office, Ryan and most of all Luke provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed of what was happening. I am very pleased with my initial experience and would strongly recommend this trader. In addition, the service is value for money and much better, in my experience, than some of the so called big players in this market.

Very pleased from start to finish, the original quote was provided online but as we wanted to move the boiler from the kitchen into the loft, Ryan Martindale came out to check that it would be OK and took photographs of all the locations, boiler, meter, propose location. The order was placed and a date confirmed. The two engineers turned up on time, were very polite and friendly, Scott even taking time to make a fuss over our puppy. They placed carpet protector over the areas that I hadn't covered with dustsheets and asked to look at the boiler, meter and loft, they had seen the photographs but still wanted to see what was what. After checking that we had sufficient water for the day they started. Apart from drinking the cups of coffee that they were given, they didn't take a break. The old boiler was removed along with the old cistern and associated pipework, new boiler installed, all the hot and cold water pipes along with the central heating pipes in the loft moved and/or terminated, new gas supply to the boiler, radiators bled and instruction provided on the new controls. Old boiler, cistern and redundant pipework removed from site and everything left cleaned and tidy, even the porch roof was swept clean of all debris! Very pleased with the service from start to finish, the girls in the office, Ryan and the two engineers, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I cannot praise RJ Martindale highly enough. From providing a very transparent and detailed quotation through to completion of work has been fantastic. All work carried out was very thorough and completed to a very high standard and with respect to the property leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Special thanks to Paul, the fitter, whom I felt went "above and beyond" with the fitting and took the time to fully explain the new system.
