Many thanks to RJM for the very professional, efficient installation of my new Baxi 830 combi boiler. From my initial contact with Joanne right through to the completion of the work carried out by Scott the company was a pleasure to work with. Covered all my carpets during installation and left the property clean and tidy upon completion. Will definitely use again.

RJ Martindale was recommended by friends in the Horwich/Blackrod area who had used the company previously. My appointment with Ryan was set up very quickly. He arrived as arranged and clearly explained everything I needed. Th quote compared favourably with others I had received and with the recommendations was clearly my choice. My boiler was installed a week later by Paul who worked efficiently and very cleanly - no mess! I am really pleased with the service and standard of work and will now be taking up a maintenance agreement with them for the future.

Ryan fitted a new boiler for us almost 3 years ago. He was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. His price was very competitive. Since then we have had the boiler serviced regularly by Ryan and prior to each service, we received a phone call reminder. Ryan or one of his engineers have arrived promptly for each service and always do an excellent job. I would recommend anyone to use this company.

Old boiler failed so new one was required, made an enquiry online, Ryan made contact same day and arranged a visit to survey the job. He quickly got back with 2 options and explained these to us. We made our selection and an installation date was scheduled. Boiler was installed quickly by a friendly engineer who also found a gas leak in the system which was located and repaired same day. The efficiency and cleanliness was excellent would recommend to anyone.

The engineer was really friendly and professional. He carried out the service and explained everything to me. I had to nip out during the time slot I was expecting him to arrive so I rang the office and they were very flexible and quick to offer a solution. Would definitely use again.

We’ve had 3 jobs done by R J Martindale Ltd now, the first was a new boiler fitting, the second was fixing some leaking radiators and the third was our annual boiler service. Each time the work has been scheduled in quickly, well organised (all 3 times we’ve had a reminder email the day before of the work and the guys have turned up on time) and professionally undertaken to a high standard. The guys doing the work are always friendly and clean up after themselves.

I had a boiler installed by a Company that did not do service contracts. I had a look around and found this Company. Talk about bending over backwards to ensure I had the right cover for my needs is an understatement. Joanne the lady I spoke to was fantastic in explaining everything and making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect when they came to do the service. The lads turned up to do the service at the stated day and time and were very polite and professional, they explained what they were doing and went through everything to make sure I understood. If you are looking for service engineers for your central heating system these are the guys to contact. We needed to have a new boiler fitted as British Gas had made rather a mess of repairs to our old boiler. Ryan from RJ Martindale came out to explain to us what the problem was and what choices we had with a new boiler. We felt confident in his firm’s ability to provide us with a new combi boiler and the work was carried out a few days later. The 3 fitters arrived on time and promptly put all the covers down to stop any mess. They worked so hard that day, despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. They made sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible when the gas and water were turned off. We were given a full explanation of how the new boiler worked and we were left with a perfectly clean and tidy house and garage. All the old water tanks and pipes were taken away and the drive was swept. I will certainly be recommending them to all my friends and family.
