This is the second time I have used RJMARTINDALE. I am extremely satisfied/happy with the service. The customer service is excellent. The engineer, Luke, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, it was nice to see the same person as last time. A really nice man. I highly recommend RJMARTINDALE as a company.

The whole experience was that you were their priority. The attitude of all the work team was first class and they made sure the areas worked in was kept clean and tidy. the job carried out was done to a very high standard and I was kept informed of the progress. nothing was too much and I would like to thank the whole team for everything they have done, a really first class job and once again thank you.

Really pleased with RJ Martindale for our annual boiler service- from a smooth appointment booking, through to payment they were really easy to do business with. Arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, thorough yet quick and even cleaned up after themselves. Happily gave advice as I had a couple of questions, and super easy to pay the invoice (with no hidden extras). Highly recommend.

From the minute I contacted RJ Martindale they were nothing but perfect! Responsive, punctual and more than anything just friendly, trustworthy and reliable. The work is top quality and you’d not even realise the lads were there working! Even offered to get me some lunch when he went on his lunch break! Left zero mess, explained everything clearly and did the work in the most efficient and economic way - they could have had floors up and everything but went with the least disruptive and less expensive option! Defo recommend.

Making contact with company was easy, quick to answer the phone and make the appointment. Kept informed of any changes to appointment and given reasons for changes. Email and telephone updates were spot on. Engineers arrive at exactly the allotted time, slightly early in fact. We were given a two hour window as well! Two very smart clean engineers, who came armed with softcover shoes, great idea and thoughtful. Both employees were very polite and friendly. No fuss and very engaging. The work was completed quickly, quietly and clean. I was given an explanation of the work completed and then thanked for allowing them to carry out the service. After having hardly any hot water and low radiator temperatures, Ryan came to sort things out for us and after repairing our boiler he had things working effectively within a couple of hours. Many thanks, Ryan. Great friendly efficient service!

They arrived within the time frame stated, they were friendly and put shoe covers on. I know this is a little point. But it's a lovely touch, especially when the weather is wet and miserable outside, saving me cleaning through the house when they leave. They serviced the boiler quickly and explained what my home care cover covers and he was just a nice bloke, friendly and professional. Glad I picked them after having horrible service elsewhere.

Always friendly and efficient. They'd had a busy day, but I got a phone call to say that they were slightly behind schedule. Much better to be kept in the picture rather than just turning up late.

Found the advert in a local free magazine. Looked up reviews online and on social media and they were all five stars. Compared it with the service I have been receiving from British Gas Homecare, which has been totally unacceptable for the amount being charged and signing up was an easy decision. The communication since has been excellent and the initial boiler service was carried out today by very polite and professional representatives. I have already recommended the company to other family members.

The appointments were easy to arrange and the service from the engineers was spot on. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable and professional - exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend this company.

The whole process was first-rate from start to finish. The installation engineer (Paul) prepared the process by removing outdoor shoes on arrival and wearing indoor footwear whilst indoors. He then worked tirelessly throughout the whole time he was here and was very explicit in showing me the process of setting up the mobile thermostat.

The firm is very efficient. They always arrive on the agreed day and time. You are not let down and the quality of their work is excellent.

I am delighted with the service from Martindales and highly recommend the team. From my first phone call to delivering a great finished job, they were polite, considerate, thoughtful and professional. He listened to our needs and designed a system to suit our future aspirations as well as our current need for a new boiler. In order to finish the job for Christmas, he brought in a team of 5 people on the fitting day and they all stayed until late. Very pleased with the entire service from start to finish. Clean and tidy workmen, punctual, professional and good communication throughout. The job was to fit a new system boiler in our garage and to remediate existing pipework, connect to the existing Heatmiser control system, and to remove the old boiler from the cellar.

I had my old boiler breakdown last week. After trying numerous places without much luck i came across R J Martindale ltd. Joanne said she would try her her best to fit me in and I received a call of Ryan the next day saying they could do it on a Saturday which was of great convenience to me. The lads turned up at the exact stated time and worked efficiently and professionally throughout. They where very polite and Luke answered any questions I had regarding the boiler. They left the kitchen clean and tidy upon completion. The whole experience with this company deserves a 5 star and I would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a new boiler.

RJ Martindale came out immediately to get the boiler working temporarily, so we had heat and hot water until he was able to repair existing, or install a new boiler. Nothing was too much trouble. He was professional, experienced, friendly, respectful and explained clearly our options. We decided on a new Boiler and they arranged a speedy installation date and time. We were very happy with the quote. The Gas Safe Engineer arrived promptly to install the new Boiler and he too was friendly, polite, respectful and obviously very knowledgeable. The new Boiler was fully installed extremely quickly with no mess or disruption whatsoever. He patiently explained how to operate the Boiler, it’s guarantee info, and a contact number for if we had any concerns or questions. I arranged for Ryan to provide a quote to replace the boiler for my 81yr old mother. A very friendly and thorough service from start to finish. They provide a full detailed description of the work to be carried out and advise honestly on the best option, no hidden extras just an honest and clear picture of what needs to be done. The price was also a lovely surprise. The girls in the office are also extremely helpful and call when they say they will. Just really lovely people to deal with. So happy with the work they did which was quick, tidy and efficient. These guys are so lovely and really put mum at ease and caused minimum disruption, completing the job quickly and all the time reassuring her and making her feel comfortable. I cannot thank them enough. First-class. They made all areas safe by providing floor coverings and left everything clean and tidy. The care, compassion and understanding they show sets them apart from most other companies. I cannot recommend them enough. Have had a new boiler installed by this company and am delighted with all aspects of it. They came on time on the arranged day and covered all my carpets and floors prior to starting work. The engineers were very professional and friendly and fully explained how everything worked. They left everything clean and tidy when they left and we love how quiet and efficient the new boiler is.
