We are absolutely delighted with a recently completed project carried out by Roger and his team – delivered on time and within budget. And we want to thank him for scheduling us quickly in January 2026 as we needed the conversion doing as quickly as possible. The project involved the relocation of our kitchen and creating a new ground floor wheelchair accessible wetroom/bathroom – quite a challenge with all the new plumbing, electrics, replastering, joinery, tiling etc. Nothing was too difficult for the team – they excelled at problem solving and explained options at every stage. The team were professional and highly skilled, always arrived on time and worked hard all day, were good communicators and importantly listened to me when I explained exactly what I wanted to achieve. We now have a beautiful and functional new space – it is also accessible for someone with mobility issues but importantly the new kitchen and wetroom are gorgeous! Thank you to Roger and team: Scott, Lee, Darren, Max, Stuart and Joe. We were so pleased with the work we also commissioned them to replace our very ageing boiler. Highly recommended!

Roger and his team completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us. He arranged a quick initial visit, referred us to his preferred retailer, and we were able to arrange a design visit that weekend. A quote was produced where we reviewed the work required, quote was revised and agreed. The work started within 2-3weeks and was completed within 10 days of starting. The team were friendly, helpful, arrived when they said they were coming and completed the work to a really high standard, keeping us informed through the whole process. They were clean and tidy, leaving the job each day in a manageable state. So pleased with the final result, it is 100% improvement on what we had. I completed the painting and decorating myself to reduce the cost a little, looking forward to enjoying our new bathroom for years to come.

I recently called RSHB with a request for them to swap our dripping kitchen taps. This was arranged promptly and the guys who did the work were friendly, considerate about working in our home and even found an internal stop tap in the house which we didn't know we had. Based on this experience I would certainly use them again.

All parties involved help make the replacement of the boiler as painless as possible. Despite some wet weather, Lee, Joe and Scott worked tirelessly to complete the job in a very timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them.

Having previously sorted central heating problems for us, we contacted Roger when the boiler kept loosing pressure. A leaking heat exchanger was diagnosed and in view of its age it was decided to replace the boiler and flue. The work was scheduled to take 2 days but was being carried out during cold and wet weather. Joe and Lee worked tirelessly to ensure that we had heat available by the first evening, completing the installation the following day. They were friendly, helpful and very tidy. We were kept informed at every stage and would not hesitate to recommend the firm.

The annual boiler service from RS Heating & Building found that it had finally given up after 10+ years of maintenance & support from the firm. They delivered and installed a new boiler within 3 days during the busy winter period. Every member of the team involved - front desk, service engineer, installation team, & director were professional, friendly, and clear in answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this firm.

The team did a great job on our new en suite shower room and renovating our family bathroom. They were polite, tidy and efficient and the work was completed to an excellent standard.

It was a pleasure again to have Lee and Scott come and complete the replacement of our toilet and basin in our bathroom. This is the third time they have been to complete three different jobs, and as always, they were prompt, efficient, and a good team.
