Jordan Rapley installed our Pod Point charger and we are delighted with his work. He rang to explain he would be a little late for his 1.00pm appointment which wasn't a problem. He made helpful suggestions for where to site the power unit and route the cable. He worked with noticeable care and did an excellent job. He used a laser to ensure the entry cable was perfectly vertical, and the cable clips are spaced so perfectly, I think he must have measured their separations! He used a special cable for EV chargers which incorporates the data wire so that it runs as a single cable and looks very neat. Our wifi signal isn't great and we had a few problems in the set up process, but he persevered and all was well in the end. He was couteous and tidy throughout. The online quote request process was thorough but painless. It allowed for the upload of photos of our electrical switchgear (consumer units) and of the proposed location for the charger, which meant he arrived with a clear understanding of the job and hadn't needed a site visit to provide an accurate quotation. He wasn't quite our cheapest quote but I'm very pleased we chose him. Jordan did a thoroughly professional job with excellent workmanship and was very good value.
