The gentleman that came to carry out the work was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He carried out the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself, so you couldn’t even tell he had been. Would recommend this company, hence I am getting them back later in the year to do some damp work for me. Thanks again!

We had our survey done by Sam the day after moving into our new home, he was very helpful and talked through the work required, he was happy to help with any enquirys upto the start of the works. Our technicians where Manni and Dylan, who were both very friendly and efficient, due to the amount of work needed we left them a set of keys and spent the next ~2 weeks elsewhere. Manni kept us up-to-date throughout. The work itself was to a high standard and the attention to detail was excellent. We had a small issue with two other technicians, but upon talking to the office, they arranged for Sam to do a completion survey the next day and it was discussed and sorted out straight away. Would happily recommend.

Steve & Dan were punctual, polite and professional. They communicated daily on the progress of the works which they completed in the timeframe agreed. Delighted with the outcome of rectifying the ongoing damp issues that I’ve had for years. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

RTC from to start to finish carried out this work in a very professional manner. From the initial visit, to a pre start survey I was confident I had selected the right company to carry out this work. Communication from the office as well confirming each stage was excellent as well. The 2 Technicians that came out were superb, they explained at the start what they would be doing & confirmed back to me it was as I expected. Before starting they covered all the floor areas they were working on. They were polite & went about everything in a very professional manner. They also cleaned up as they worked. They completed the job & showed me everything they had done, asking me to check & confirm I was happy. Which indeed I was. We were recommended RTC to sort out our dry rot problem, and from Andrew Bradshaw surveyor, Stacey Buck at the office, to the team that carried out the work, was excellent. Everything from start to finish was done exactly as explained and they made you feel totally confident regarding all aspects of the job. Thank you all at RTC.

Survey carried out and a verbal version of the work was given, followed up by a comprehensive report and estimate. Work was carried out at the agreed date and time by Manni and Dylan. There was no impact on my day and the work was carried out to a high standard. An explanation was given at the end of the job as to what they had done. The site was cleared of all rubble and cleaned up before they left. All in all a very professional job.

The initial survey was done and I was given verbal advice and a thorough written report. I was given a clear description, including a diagram, of what work needed to be done. The work was planned and the workmen turned up at the dates and times planned for the two day task. The two workers, Andy and Chris, were very friendly and very professional. I was on site the whole time and they were happy to explain what they were doing and they did it very well. There was a slight mishap when the cutting tool hit a hidden water pipe but this was quickly sorted and no harm done. Considering the nature of the work, which involved removal and replacement of a considerable area of plaster, they kept everything as clean and tidy as possible throughout the task. The quality of the finished work was excellent. Andy and Chris also gave me advice about what to do with regard to redecoration of the rooms and when the plaster would be dry enough to paint. They worked quickly and efficiently and I would 100% recommend this company for any remedial treatments. I have used RTC before and always been impressed with their work and people. The initial quote was very clear and the final invoice matched the quote, no hidden costs or surprises.

I have had damp proofing completed for the dining room and the back bedroom. The workmen Ben and Andy were very polite, and knowledgeable. They completed the work in the agreed time, to the agreed budget and went above and beyond in all aspects of the job.
