Founded in 1990 by specialist surveyors, Andrew Bradshaw and Jamie Willacy, RTC are multi award winners in the building preservation industry and the highest rated Remedial Treatment Specialist on the Fylde Coast. We are TrustMark accredited, have Which? Trusted Trader status and are PCA members, proving we are the elite of what we do.
Our range of services include the control of dampness, above and below ground waterproofing, dry rot, wet rot and woodworm treatment, condensation control, concrete and structural repairs and flood remediation.
The most important consideration when it comes to the successful cure of damp/timber problems is accurate diagnosis. We are proud that both partners have been involved in the preservation industry for over 35 years and have a wealth of qualifications and technical experience to enable us to solve your building’s problems in the most cost effective way.
