Ricardo and his team replaced our kitchen floor and we are very pleased with the work carried out. From the initial visit, Ricardo took the time to explain the options to us and help us decide on the best type of flooring to replace the old damaged floor. Ricardo found an unexpected issue when removing the old floor and was extremely helpful when taking on the extra work and still managed to finish the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Ricardo to others - in fact, we are already talking about using his services again!

Ricardo came to visit to assess the job, and then did what he'd said he was going to do and charged what he'd said he would. He was always on time, and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how. I recommend Ricardo 100%. The job was a shower door panel replacement on an existing enclosure where the previous door shattered to pieces.

Ricardo and his team have recently renovated our flat and we are extremely happy with them and can’t speak highly enough!. The refurbishment included installing wooden and tiled floors, built-in storage, decorating and making improvements in the kitchen of a tricky flat over two heights in an old building. All has been done to high standards with a lot of attention to detail. Ricardo respected our ideas but was also very helpful suggesting tweaks to our original design and giving pieces of professional advice that improved the final result. The communication was always excellent. The whole team are very nice. A real pleasure working with them and will definitely contact him again in the future if I need to do more work.

Ricardo did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. It needed a total refurb, and it was done to an excellent standard. He installed a new wet room and did an amazing job of getting the tiling just right. We had pretty exacting standards, with lots of niches in our design, floor needed levelling, and a non-standard sink. He was always on time, courteous and extremely diligent. We also needed the waste re-plumbing to get rid of bad smells. We had had two previous plumbers attempt to do this, but both were unsuccessful - Ricardo came up with a really solid solution that has worked perfectly. All the technical challenges for our bathroom were met with good humour and great attention to detail. Very reasonably priced too. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. Incredibly capable and trusted. Thank you Ricardo!

I cannot praise Ricardo highly enough for the work he has completed in renovating my wet room. From being an old and much used space for my disabled husband from past years, the new bespoke vanity unit with sink, toilet and fittings has transformed the entire room, with the new stone top and windowsill looking beautiful. All the work was carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to myself, and everywhere left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Everything went entirely to the plan and timing, as arranged by Ricardo, and I would thoroughly recommend him and the Revamp team to anyone wanting a job carried out to the highest standard and in the most professional way.

Ricardo and team have done a wonderful job in providing us with a fully renewed bathroom. We have greatly appreciated Ricardo’s knowledgeable advice and guidance in the light of his experience; his attention to detail; his ability to solve the issues arising where the property’s existing layout was not straightforward; his foresight in anticipating how things should be constructed so as to facilitate future maintenance; the range of skills brought to bear and the evident determination not to cut corners in producing a quality result. We consider Revamp to be excellent and would highly recommend them.

We really loved working with Ricardo and his team to renovate our kitchen. He met with us and listened to our plans and provided some great suggestions and advice. He led us through the pros and cons of materials and provided a list of kitchen suppliers with which we might want to work. Ricardo's attention to detail is excellent and he is very easy to work with. The job done was of very high quality and we are extremely happy with it. I can not recommend the Revamp Team enough... Ricardo and his team were not only brilliant, they were professional, courteous and an absolute joy to have working in our house. Our kitchen needed a complete overhaul from electrics to plumbing and everything else in between and the Revamp Team were able to do it all which meant we were not dependant on different tradesmen to turn up on time and avoid unnecessary delays when they couldn't. Our kitchen is quite small and presented a lot of challenges to Ricardo and team to get in to reality what we had in our heads as our ideal kitchen. Unfortunately reality and dreams clashed as no matter how good Revamp are they cant magic up extra space to accommodate everything we wanted. Now this is why I cant recommend Ricardo and team enough, they spent ages with us (before we agreed or signed anything) going through different floor plans and trying to accommodate everything we wanted whilst gently guiding us in to what was realistic compared to what was not possible and making us feel like it was our idea all along. We now have a brand new kitchen that far exceeds what we could have had if we went with the usual brand name high street suppliers and installers. I don't use this term often but Ricardo is a craftsman who posses a keen eye for detail and is a stickler for perfection and will only leave once he is satisfied job is up to his standards and they are high. If you can book him and he can fit you in.. do not hesitate, grab him while you can.

When my 25-year-old cooker hood gave up, it really was an emergency: fumes and smoke filled my small kitchen when I used the gas hob. After a phone call, Ricardo came next day, agreed that a new hood was the only solution. Within a few days he had acquired the replacement and arrived punctually on the appointed day to fit it. Removing the old oil-covered hood was a nasty task, done with care and with no mess. He fitted the new hood expertly, carried out minor adjustments to the cabinet above it, so that the hood was perfectly aligned with it and the the glass splashback, then cleaned up very thoroughly. He removed and afterwards disposed of the old, dirty hood and left the kitchen clean and like new. The new hood is a joy to use and much quieter than the old one. I was very impressed that Ricardo came so quickly; also by the competent way he worked, and with little disturbance to me. I thoroughly recommend him.

Ricardo and Rogero installed a new kitchen and related flooring for us in December 2022. From competitive quotation to satisfactory completion they worked steadily and professionally offering advice and ready assistance at all stages. They worked consistently throughout the day (bar their lunch-break), rarely stopping for coffee. They had to overcome a few unforeseen technical difficulties which they did with competence and good grace, including overseeing and managing the return and replacement of relevant items. They were never intrusive and always polite and considerate. We have been delighted with the outcome and are happy to recommend them as Trusted Traders. We wish them every success in 2023. If we had to offer one word of advice it would be to allow a little more time for cleaning up at the end of the day.

Ricardo and team are outstanding. This is the third refurbishment they have carried out for us, and all have been reliably and exactingly completed. Ricardo has an exacting eye for detail, we have not known him to take a single shortcut, and we would very highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Ricardo and his team after a job well done. We had our bathroom and kitchen fully refurbished to a high standard. As well as having the flooring throughout the ground floor changed to laminate and fitting of new internal doors. Ricardo responds easily and efficiently to any issues arising throughout the works and we would have no hesitation contacting him for any future work required.

Ricardo and his team completely renewed our en suite shower room including floor and wall to ceiling tiling, new shower and vanity unit. Ricardo advised us on the purchase of a shower tray and screen to fit the available space and also on the shower type and the heated towel radiator. These items proved to be perfect for our circumstances. All the work was completed to budget and in the predicted time. The tiling was complicated in layout but expertly fitted. We now have a first class en suite and have no hesitation in recommending the team to others.

Ricardo was a pleasure to have around the flat for the 6 weeks he worked for us. He worked on a range of tasks from remodelling our kitchen to building a handrail the staircase. All was done to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend Ricardo.

Work New stone floor with UFH, tiling of a wall and installation of new bathroom suite. Ricardo kept to the quote and the agreed schedule. He was very accommodating with regard to adding underfloor heating at the last minute and the additional charge was fair. With regard to COVID social distancing, they were very self reliant and it worked very smoothly. Why Revamp Team Personally, I want to meet the person who is going to be doing the work rather than a salesman. I was really impressed by Ricardo's knowledge and obvious passion for what he does. Carla, who handles the admin side of things, was responsive and accommodating. Reflections The work was done to a high standard and Ricardo took the time to do things properly which I was really pleased about. I would happily recommend Revamp Team and I plan to use them myself again in the future.

Ricardo and the revamp team are extremely professional and the quality of work is excellent. Ricardo works very hard and keeps to original timescale given. Unlike other builders Ricardo doesn’t have lots of tea breaks throughout the day but works solidly from start to finish. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ricardo. Happy with the result. Ricardo did most of the visible work himself and closely supervised the granite worktop installer. There was plumbing, of course, but very little actual building work. He interacted well with my electrician and with me as we fleshed out the details (including rework when a unit I’d bought and he’d installed had to be cut down and reinstalled!) Kind of pricy, which evidently leaves a margin to recover from customer errors (see above, no surcharge though warranted). Professional: sensible paperwork, good timekeeping.

We asked them to revamp our downstairs bathroom, cloakroom and completely renovate our en-suite and turn it into a wet room. Their quote was accurate, they gave good advice and were meticulous about the detail. Tiling, plastering, finishing and building work done to a very exacting standard. They worked long hours and were respectful of our home. They went the extra mile and with good timekeeping. Also did extra work on the hall ceiling and lighting where we’d had a leak from upstairs previously. They didn’t struggle with any technical issues and had the electrical lighting and extractor fans certified. We have no hesitation in recommending The Revamp Team most highly.

Ricardo and his team always did what they said they would when they said they would and to a very high standard. The work they did was to replace a kitchen, replace an en suite shower room and to repair/replace elements of the family bathroom. This meant working with an electrician and plumber who were also providing services during the project. Ricardo always considered what the finished product would be and was very helpful in suggesting things that he thought might work better for me. He would always check with me before any part of the overall plan was changed and was very accommodating if any part of my plan changed! Any problems that were encountered (and there are always some!) he would find a solution for. I am very happy with his work, so much so I will be using him again.

Ricardo and his colleague were refurbishing my kitchen. This involved; removal of wall units, worktops. Repairs to walks &ceiling, addition of new powerpoints, new catches. They fitted shelving and new sink, and supplied and fitted a beautiful oak worktop. They then painted the walls and ceiling. Excellent attention to detail. Clean, tidy and very precise. I would unhesitatingly recommend.

The Revamp team did an excellent job of renovating a bathroom in our home. The house is very old and they consequently had numerous challenges associated with irregular walls and floors. Not daunted they found solutions. They were also willing to make changes when this picky customer wasn’t happy with elements of the installation from shelf heights to toilet piping. They are expensive but worth it if you want a good quality outcome and responsive approach. Highly recommended.

This review is so overdue. We had our kitchen installed over a year ago and I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Ricardo and his team. He removed a downstairs toilet, knocked out a wall, hand held us through Howdens kitchen process, fitted our kitchen and created bespoke shelving. When Howdens delivered the wrong doors, he was more than happy to go to the showroom and collect the correct one. Ricardo and his team were always on time, cleared up after themselves and protected our carpet on the stairs and hallways. He provided detailed clear written quotes and even came back months later after we had our floored laid to put the kickbacks on to our new kitchen. He worked around our needs wonderfully and we were able to communicate very well with him. He understood what we were looking for, making bespoke shelves for us, and the finish is brilliant. A year on and my partner and I are still so grateful and thrilled with the results. Every time I walk in my house I am so in love with my kitchen. Ricardo was able to recommend a brilliant stone mason yard who cut and fitted our worktops as well as a very friendly electrician and a plasterer. I honestly cannot recommend him more highly.

We have just had Ricardo and the team redo our kitchen for us, having used them just over a year ago for our bathroom (which others in the business have commented on and said what great quality finish it’s been done to) and been super happy with the results. It was a big job with moving pretty much everything around and putting in a completely fresh configuration that went across two rooms. Ricardo made some very sensible suggestions for alterations to our first design and was always patient and polite whenever we suggested silly things. He also jumped to the rescue when the internet overwhelmed me with back food choices by doing some research himself and sending me a shortlist to choose from. Ricardo is reliable, thoughtful, considered, attentive to detail and also cost-conscious. We weren’t easy customers as we had moved out whilst the work was being done (we have a newborn) so weren’t around to consult with very often and we also aren’t the most organised of people so there was plenty that we were sorting for the team at the 11th hour and later. Thank you Ricardo! We recommend the team to anyone in need of work and would only ever use Ricardo ourselves now (if he’ll have us!)
