RGM was founded by 3 school friends who built the business on the same values we have built our friendship of over 20 years - Trust, honesty and integrity.

following several quotes, i decided to go with this firm, largely based on "which" reviews & the fact that they carried out a proper survey before quoting. I had an old standard boiler, hot water tank & pipework removed. New combi boiler installed and rad power-flush. The plumber (Billy) & his team were excellent, going above & beyond when they encountered a glitch. I have no fear in recommending them to anyone.

Asked RGM Heating to repair gas fire, which wouldn't ignite and had just gone beyond its 4 year guarantee from the manufacturer. The manufacturer were extremely uncooperative in communications about replacement parts, and over a period of winter months! Eventually RGM resolved the matter by considerable ingenuity in getting the parts, fixing the fire and we were delighted to once again watch its flickering flame on a cold spring evening.

New boiler and roof installation work was expertly completed. The workmen were extremely competent with the work undertaken. Clear information from company of pricing and payment. Experienced informative options and advice on project undertaken was given. Agreement on quotes, invoices and payments discussed and agreed upon. Great care and tidyness was taken whilst working. I would absolutely recommend this company for their excellent work and a job well done.

From initial survey and quotation to the completion of the work (additional loft insulation and flooring) we were delighted with the service we received from RGM Heating Ltd. Alasdair listened to our requirements, made relevant suggestions, didn’t ‘oversell’, provided the quotation quickly and, most importantly, we didn’t feel under pressure to choose RGM to complete the work. On the day of installation Alasdair and his colleague turned up on time, (despite snowy and icy roads), completed the job efficiently and at the quoted price. We would highly recommend RGM Heating Ltd and would have no hesitation in using their service again.

Was contacted by RGM after my post regarding my boiler not working and they came out the same day. Both boys very friendly and professional, excellent service recieved through out and my boiler was fitted with the new part the very next day. Thought it would also cost more overall so very happy with the price. Highly recommend RGM and will definitely use again. Many thanks to both engineers :)
