Project comprised new roof to conservatory including design, removal & replacement of glass panels & frame with a new front door. The design, quotation and installation were carried out on budget and to programme to a very high standard. Excellent installation team leaving the site clean & tidy. Very happy customer indeed.

Dismantled old conservatory, enlarged its concrete base and then constructed new conservatory. Work was carried out in a timely manner per agreed schedule by friendly personnel. All work carried out in a tidy manner.

We had a covered area and a small lean to removed and a dwarf walled upvc conservatory installed. We had used Richard Thomas to build a conservatory at our previous house and we were happy to use them again after we moved. The builders were always on time, cheerful and answered any questions we might have had. They were efficient, clean and tidy and worked to a high standard. In fact on their last day they added finishing touches in the pouring rain.

Richard Thomas Ltd built our 4400 x 3800mm conservatory, with triple glazing, electric underfloor heating and blue-glazed roof. We had an initial visit by their design consultant. Prior to placing the order, we visited their showroom in Christchurch, and to see another nearby customer's completed conservatory. After placing the order, we had visits by their surveyor and the project manager. We were kept fully informed of the construction dates and the names of the various personnel doing the work. Our conservatory was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction.
