Because of a back problem, I was having problems getting in the bath to have a shower. In consultation with Rob, I decided to buy a bath with a door, in the hope that little damage would be caused to surrounding tiles, etc. Rob removed the old bath and installed the new one, which wasn’t easy, with shower, new taps, all pipe work, etc. without any damage. I have used Rob before for smaller jobs, but this was a job taking a few days. I can’t recommend him highly enough. His work is excellent, and my new bath with door, shower and seat, looks better than I hoped. I am delighted with the way Rob has installed it.

Rob has provided plumbing services for me for over 15 years including landlord's boiler and plumbing safety checks, replacing the pump on the boiler, leaks and blockages and most recently replacing the shower mixer taps. A suitable mixer was hard to find because of its imperial measurements but he managed to track it down. Quick to respond, reliable and value for money.

Robert installed our boiler when we bought the flat nearly 13 years ago. He has serviced it over the years and issued me with annual gas safety certificates and landlord certifications. Robert has also solved large and small plumbing issues over the years including a leaking toilet and also helping me with a leak from an upstairs neighbour.

Rob fixed a complex air lock within a water system caused by a diy washer change that went wrong. Often tradesmen are reluctant to assist following a diy effort but Rob was gracious in his support. The airlock in the loft converted, negative head pump system, took some time to resolve but Rob did a great job.

Robert fitted a new gas boiler in the loft replacing the existing boiler in the kitchen. This involved new supply and feed pipework to the new location. He also filled new hot and cold water tanks again with new pipework. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner and he kept us informed of progress throughout the job. Robert is neat and tidy and good to deal with.
