Steve serviced the boiler and two gas fires for my very elderly parents (aged 91 and 93) both of whom are hard of hearing. He did a great job servicing the fires and boiler and was very punctual. He took great care to explain things to my parents and they felt very safe and comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend him and hopefully he will see them again next year. Thanks Steve.

Steve came to repair a radiator. He was polite and honest from the start that he may not be able to repair the radiator however, radiator was repaired. Steve was clean and tidy when carrying out the repair. He didn’t leave any mess. I have booked him in again to come back and do some more work on my boiler and for regular boiler servicing.

I called Steve initially to fix a leak on my boiler as my usual heating engineer was on holiday. Steve was able to come quite quickly and was totally up front about the likely cost. The job was completely on time and on budget. Steve is personable, professional, and is eager to ensure the job is completed to the customers satisfaction.
