Rosendales quoted and carried out a full heating system replacement in Bishop's Stortford for me- new boiler, water tank, radiators, pipework, two zone heating system with smart thermostats and removal of the old one pipe system plus relocation of the system to the loft of the property. The quote from Rosendales was great value and Alec was always responsive on email and phone. Some other traders (even some on which trusted traders) tried to take advantage of the fact that I was looking to get the work done quickly and gave unreasonably expensive quotes for the same work, but NOT Rosendales, who clearly value honesty, long term business and their reputation! The work was completed within 4 working days as originally promised. Alec was there every day supervising his team of engineers and was hands on with the job which is great to see and filled me with confidence. I got a progress update with photos at the end of every day and nothing was too much trouble. Alec and team also disposed of the entire old system (including the not as valuable radiators alongside the more lucrative copper). I definitely made the right decision using Rosendales and they now have a customer for life. If you're looking for plumbing or heating work, you should definitely give Rosendales a call.

Had problems of loosing pressure on my heating system. No visible signs of leak. Small leak in the system at my stepson's. At this time the problems have been sorted.

Alec and Tom installed a new boiler and unvented cylinder to replace our aging and broken combi boiler, and also installed a new radiator. Right from the start they were very professional and courteous during the work, being respectful to our property by putting down protective floor coverings and tidying up where they worked. The installation was very quick and we were up and running with hot water within a day (the total work took around 2 1/2 days). Alec was always very happy to answer the many questions I had on the installation, boiler, etc. We've been very pleased with the work/new boiler and would definitely recommend to other people.
