Simon came and sorted out the conservatory door, which would not lock, in a prompt, friendly and efficient manor. I am happy to recommend calling Simon if you have a problem with a lock. He carries some parts and can often replace faulty parts. He analysed the problem and knew how to correct it, even though the lock had been a worsening problem for some time. I was happy with the final invoice.

Needed my front door lock replacing. Fantastic service from Simon who came on time, was very knowledgeable about his trade and was incredibly helpful when I asked for his advice relating to other areas. As a multi skilled tradesman, Simon is a contact worth knowing. Will 100% be using him again and the fact he was so friendly and polite makes him stand out from the rest in his industry. Also, I was pleased with the cost when comparing others in the trade, who charged considerably higher rates.

Double glazed window glass replacement

Simon replaced 2 panes of glass for me today he had previously measured them and they were a perfect fit. I can't fault his work he was meticulous having taken out the old panes he thoroughly cleaned the frames before installing the new ones he cleaned all the beading and rubbers then cleaned the windows and tided up leaving no mess. Simon is very professional and knows exactly what he's doing. He had previously replaced the hinges on my conservatory door as the door had dropped he new exactly what to do and the door now shuts and locks perfectly I was really pleased, he is a very friendly person and puts you at ease I will have no hesitation in recommending him.

It took me ages to find someone who actually repaired double glazing properly rather than just replace. He has totally fixed my patio doors which had become a nightmare and didn't close. I feel secure again! Very knowledgeable, a real perfectionist and not a rip off merchant!

I had various problems and concerns with some of our door locks. Simon went to a lot of trouble to sort the problems and they are now working sweetly. He gave me details of his charging rates before he started, arrived when he said he would and explained what he was going to do and what he was doing. I found him very friendly and polite and was very pleased with the experience. I would certainly use him again.

I called Simon on Saturday regarding an issue with the lock on my front door. He was very helpful over the phone and, having established that it was not of immediate urgency, arranged to come round on Sunday afternoon. He arrived when expected, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained clearly what he could do to fix it. The work was completed to a high standard and Simon left everything tidy. Simon explained his charges clearly and gave me a realistic estimate of how long the job would take. As an added bonus he checked the lock on another door which was very stiff and quickly made it more manageable. Simon was very helpful and courteous throughout.

Simon responded to my message almost immediately. Called me back as promised and managed to fit in a visit to fix a broken window mechanism. We would not have felt safe if it stayed broken over the weekend. Reasonable fees for short notice call out. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
